Beautiful home in Perugia

This beautiful holiday home with private pool is set deep in the green Umbrian countryside, with impressive views over the surrounding hills. The holiday home is located south of Perugia (400 m above sea level), and has large outdoor and indoor spaces with maximum privacy, including a secluded swimming pool and a veranda equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The villa is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor: Spacious kitchen, large and bright dining room, cosy living room. The night area consists of two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub. From the living room, a staircase leads to the lower floor, consisting of a recreation room with table football, pinball machine, console, bathroom with shower, film room with large screen, billiard room, music room, laundry room, double bedroom, one bedroom with separate single beds, two single bedrooms and four bathrooms, two with shower and two with bathtub. The location of the house allows you to organise excursions to the renowned Umbrian towns to discover the tradition, culture and history of this fascinating region. Spoleto (42 km), home of the Festival Dei Due Mondi, Perugia (32 km), the regional capital with ancient Etruscan origins, Assisi (37 km), with the beautiful Basilica of St Francis. Don't miss the chance to visit the famous Orvieto (60 km) and experience the splendour of the cathedral, or visit the underground city, especially the 54 m deep San Patrizio well. For a romantic excursion, we recommend a walk along Lake Trasimeno, approx. 43 km away. The towns of Terrecotte and Bevagna are only 15 km away. The pool is available from 1 May to 30 September; an earlier opening of the pool can be arranged on request.
