This beautiful retreat is perfect for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable home with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak in the heart of Woodland Park. Walk in the door and you will OOOO and AHHH at the view. The very large kitchen is ready for you to make your most delicious meals. Three bedrooms allow for a couples retreat or a family vacation. The large living room with a gas log fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for a cozy movie night. Sit out on the outdoor deck, grill your steak and sip your wine around the outdoor propane fire pit while taking in the cool mountain air and the amazing view of Pikes Peak. This home is set in a close suburban neighborhood in downtown Woodland Park, but with the views of the mountain, you feel secluded. This home is perfect for adults that want this property to be the hub of their outdoor adventures (children 6-older welcome). Only 15mins to Pikes Pikes highway, 20mins to Garden of the Gods, 30 mins to downtown Colorado Springs, 2hrs to Breckenridge, and 5-15 mins to amazing hiking and a hop skip and jump to plenty of exploring.

Beautiful property and location, extra special touches and beautiful deck with Pikes Peak views, comfortable beds and lots of places for you and your family to sit in living room. The kitchen has all you need if you like to cook, spices, plenty of plates and silverware, pots and pans and serve ware. You will love your stay here. Hosts are very responsive and great to work with. Garage for your car and space for bikes to keep them safe.

“Cozy Christmas Retreat with Stunning Mountain Views”

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo home for Christmas! The view of the mountains from the living room window and patio was absolutely breathtaking. The home was so cozy and inviting that we didn’t want to leave. The relaxing shower and tub were perfect after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was a joy to cook in—it had everything we needed. A special thank you for the beautifully decorated Christmas tree—it made the stay feel just like home. The host was fantastic with communication, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience!

Amazing House and Hosts

We rented the house to get our immediate family together for a milestone birthday celebration for our twins. The house was the best appointed house we have ever rented. The quality of the materials and the level of thought that went into setting up the home was exceptional. The view was completely amazing and the location is great. The furniture, supplies and linens were awesome and we could not recommend this house any more.

Thought given to every aspect of our stay

We cooked every meal and I have rarely seen a kitchen so well stocked. It was a warm weekend in October, so we opened all of the windows listed in the welcome sheet and we slept wonderfully without air conditioning. Even though other houses are close by, it was a very quiet neighborhood and we slept with our windows open. The beds were comfortable which I have found rare in my VRBO vacations. The sheets and towels were fresh and high quality. The design of the house created private pockets for multiple guests to congregate. Mornings on the porch with coffee and the view were surreal. All the furniture was high quality, well spaced and the bathrooms were beautiful. It was nice to have a garage to park our car. The time the owners spent in creating a place to relax is evident, thank you!

Excellent experience!

The property was very nice and well decorated. Also, the host provided a lot of special touches that made you feel welcome. There was nothing that we were lacking during our stay. Amazing views!

Beautiful views! Great location and very clean! We have stayed at a number of rentals and this was our favorite. As soon as we walked in the door, we were treated to an amazing mountain view. This really felt like a home away from home. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room area and a large well stocked kitchen. There was a nice welcome basket with water and snacks. The host even had some toiletries available in case we had forgotten something. Every day we saw deer wandering the neighborhood including 2 little ones. The location was convenient to many activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Woodland Park.

Our family (4) had a great week at this home. Woodland Park is a central location to the activities in the Colorado Springs area. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean, and what a view!

Absolutely Perfect

We booked our stay for a September mountain getaway for 5-adults and one 10 year old. The view of Pikes Peak from the outside deck with the fire pit was awesome! Everything was clean, modern, and up-to-date. The bedding, couches, pillows and the finishes were very luxurious and they had so many wonderful touches. The kitchen is most definitely a gourmet chef's type kitchen - they had everything we needed, including a home office to work remotely if needed during the stay. I can't wait to stay here again. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy and it had easy access to the main highway 24 but once you were at the property, it felt very secluded and was quiet. Highly recommend this property.

Get Away before College Drop Off

Lovely home

This home was lovely and welcoming. Easy access, property manager very accessible and owners very responsive. We were greeted with a lovely welcoming basket. This was truly a home away from home. Easy access to hiking trails, eateries, Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. I highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous, Peaceful Getaway

We absolutely loved this home! Stunning view. Spacious. Beautifully appointed. Conveniently located to great dining options and so many possibilities for outdoor activities. This home is perfect for a family or romantic getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. We would love to return. It is perfect...don't hesitate to Book It!

Fantastic Home, Good Location & Great Host

We came to the area to see the sights on a long weekend… Pikes Peak, the Cliff Dwellings, the Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods etc… all I can say is that you won’t be disappointed in this home. Nice View, Fantastic Home, Good Location & Great Host!!! Would stay again if we ever come back to area.

Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The little touches were so nice…snacks, s’more fixings, a bottle of wine, and information of activities. The dishes, cutlery, and kitchen appliances were like new and and made meal prep super easy. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the property and would return if ever in the area again.

We reside in Texas, but this is our second home in the mountains. For many years we wanted a home in Colorado with a small town feel to call our own. Woodland Park checked off many boxes because it is easily accessible by flying or driving from Texas and everything we need is close by. We fell in love with this house because of the views of Pikes Peak and the many windows that allow us to feel like the outdoors is indoors. We hope you feel like it's your home too. We have added a lot of little extras to make you feel appreciated for choosing our home to come and stay. May you enjoy the "awe" as much as we do every time we look out at Pikes Peak, thus the name of our home, Pikes Peak Vista.
We will strive to make this your best stay ever!
