Come and enjoy all that Crystal River has to offer!! This home has all you need for a comfy stay for a couple or multi-family, all in a 5-minute drive to many Crystal River attractions.

Attractions including Three Sister Springs, Rainbow Springs and a PUBLIC BOAT RAMP SECONDS AWAY. DOWNTOWN CRYSTAL RIVER 2 MINUTES AWAY. We have plenty of room for multiple boats . Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

You will enjoy the recently remodeled kitchen that has all the utensils and kitchenware you'll need. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The family room has a large sectional sofa that turns into a queen size bed. There is a full utility room with washer and dryer. Terrazzo floors throughout gives this home a vintage yet modern feel. If you have toys, feel free to bring them

The home has a fenced 1/2 acre back yard with plenty of room for multiple boats . Enjoy the video games , ping pong table and foosball tablet. The back porch includes a gas grille and leads you to the large, fenced back yard with fire pit .The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by old live oaks. Feel free to bring a golf cart or bikes and take a stroll through.

There are many year-round activities in the Crystal River- Homosassa area. Swim with the manatees in the winter and go scallop diving in the summer. There are great nature trails, horseback riding tours freshwater springs and Weeki Wachee water park with slides and mermaid shows ( https://weekiwachee.com/) and some of the best restaurants in Florida. Downtown Crystal River has the quant feel of old Florida with some great shops and restaurants with great live entertainment. Enjoy beautiful sunsets at Fort Island beach . We know you will enjoy your stay!!!

Crystal River stay

Clean, very comfortable home away from home. Beautiful area with lots of hiking trails and parks….dog friendly area also. And the host was very helpful!

Enjoyable Winter

We loved this place. It's clean, spacious, in a good neighborhood, and Joe, the host did a great job keeping everything running. We stayed 4 and a half months.

Great visit

Great location in Crystal River! So much to do! Boat ramp was really close by. The house was decorated nicely and clean. Beds pretty comfy. Lots of seating. Kitchen was updated and stocked well with pots, pans etc. Owner was easy to communicate with. The Biscuit Barn breakfast place right next door was great! Inexpensive and delicious! A paved driveway would be a nice addition and maybe an AC in the game room. It was a bit hot to use it. Good value for the price, we enjoyed our trip!

Cute house great location

The house is cute and clean. LOVE the fenced in yard. The master bed was too soft for us so we ended up sleeping in the second bedroom. The queen bed was perfect for my bad back. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as pictured, adorable place in a convenient quiet location!

We recently stayed at this house to get to know the Crystal River/Homosassa area as we consider a place to retire for the winters. The house was exactly as featured and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood, superb location convenient to the Crystal River/Homosassa area. Ate at the Biscuit Barn recommended by owner and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful property at a great location

This property was a great stay for our family. It was in a perfect location, private, good amenities, and was more than we had hoped. So much to do in Crystal RIver, from scalloping, to springs, to fishing, to beaches, to nature preserves...you name it. And this property was centrally located to it all. A large yard, with nearby stores and restaurant...We all just had a great time and hope to book this property again soon. Oh, and a great owner who was very attentive to any needs we had.

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the property. Plenty of room for boats, trailers, etc., and in a quiet neighborhood as well!

Lovely Stay

This property was everything we needed and more. It was very spacious for our family of 4 and the dogs loved playing in the fenced in yard. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the sunset at Fort Island Beach was spectacular. If we make it down to Crystal River again, we would definitely stay there again.

Great home!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 dogs for a weekend and enjoyed this home! We were in town for a wedding at The Plantation Hotel. The location of the home was close to everything in town. The home is very welcoming and updated. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Joe the property owner was very easy to work with and recommended a great place for breakfast right by the house. It was our first time in Crystal River and we are already planning a trip back this winter to see the manatees! We would recommend this home to family and friends and would stay here again on our next trip!

The house was very clean. Convenient location. We had an issue unlocking the door. The owner responded immediately!!! He was awesome and the issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend property. Will rent again if we return to the area.

Fantastic location, cleaning crew needs some help

The property was in a fantastic location on a quiet street. You can walk to the downtown area in about 20 minutes or less. The property is older but nice touches have been done for updates. Bathrooms are a little dated. It was great to have the fenced in yard for our dog and the extra touches like a grill and fire pit. The big down side was the some cleanliness topics. There were spider webs around one of the fan lights and the inside of the microwave still had what looked like remnants of melted cheese from previous renters. No huge deal. However, one of the beds had quite a few human hairs in the sheets. The other bed, which was more of a day bed, only had a bottom sheet; no top sheet. The hair in the sheets were a pretty big deal for us. When I contacted the owner, he replied he was sorry to hear that and he would address it with cleaning company. I would have expected in the very least to be refunded our cleaning fee, but no. Overall, it was a good stay. If the bedding issues were addressed, I would have no complaints.

Great Grandmother weekend

We rented this property to spend the weekend with my Great Grandmother who is 91yrs old and is 8hrs away from us. I brought my kids (her 1st great great grand kids), my mom (her 1st grand kid) and my mom's dog Max. The house was just big enough for us all. 2 bathrooms which was great with 5 girls. A fenced back yard that had a gate that opened to the back porch so we sat on the porch with our coffee in the morning and let Max hang out too. The couch in the family room was so comfy. Anything you needed was there. The house is located in a halfway point to many diff areas. We will def be returning. ♥️

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here on my daughter's 3rd birthday/spring break to Busch Gardens and we loved it!! It was very clean and you felt right at home. We were even able to bring our dog, he enjoyed the fenced in backyard and watching the birds! They even had a large dog crate which was perfect since we wasn't able to bring ours! The kids loved playing (well attempting to play) pinp ping and foosball. It wasn't too far of a drive from Busch Gardens or other great attractions! Owners were nice and easy to talk to!! Definitely recommend and we will be staying again on our future Tampa trips.

Had to unexpectedly book a place near Homosassa because my significant other, who is adopted, was meeting his birth family for the first time. Owner was SUPER accommodating and even postponed his own family stay to accommodate us. He was so easy to communicate with, answering every question we had before and during the trip with surprising promptness. Thank you so much for making this weekend possible on such short notice!

Perfect

Perfect place for 2 couples and our Brussels Griffon. Close to the springs. Had trouble with the TV remote but otherwise was well equipped with all we needed. I definitely recommend this rental!

The location of the home is ideal. Minutes from downtown Crystal River, two blocks from a public boat ramp. Minutes from fresh water springs and the kids will love Weeki Wachee Park with slides and mermaid shows (see video). Great restaurants are all around. The home is perfect for those that enjoy a yard and quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and is surrounded by old live oak trees. Golf cart and bike rides are highly recommended. Our home is kid friendly with video games, ping pong and foosball table. Also dog friendly with fenced back yard .

Fenced yard and RV hookup. Two blocks from public boat ramp. 5 minutes from downtown Crystal River. Quiet neighborhood . 15 minutes to Fort Island Beach and 20 minutes to the world famous Weeki Wachi park with slides and mermaid shows.
