Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

With plenty of room to spread out, you can enjoy quiet mornings, lively evenings, and everything in between in this spacious Arvada retreat.

Living and dining spaces
The main living room is bright and welcoming, with a plush sectional and large windows. An open layout connects seamlessly to the dining area with seating for six and a kitchen designed for everyday cooking. Stainless steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and a stocked coffee station make meal prep simple, while sliding doors open to the deck for outdoor dining. On the lower level, a second living area offers space for games and movies, featuring a foosball table, oversized bean bags, a 55-inch smart TV, and family-friendly board games.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and nine beds comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. The master suite includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds, and a third is furnished with a full-size bed. On the lower level, a queen bedroom is paired with a bunk room that holds two sets of twin bunks. Each bedroom includes linens, blackout curtains, and thoughtful touches to encourage restful nights.

Bathrooms
With three bathrooms, there is convenience for every guest. The ensuite bath in the master suite provides privacy, while a second full bathroom upstairs serves nearby bedrooms. A third full bath on the lower level is easily accessed from the queen and bunk rooms. Each space is equipped with either a walk-in shower or tub-shower combination, along with spacious vanities, hot water, and fresh towels.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard is designed for gathering and play. A deck with BBQ grill and dining table creates an inviting space during warm seasons, while evenings can be spent around the fire pit. Comfortable outdoor furniture adds to the setting, and there is plenty of room for kids to run and play.

Amenities
You will have in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, central heating, portable fans, and Wi-Fi. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided. Entertainment includes a TV, family board games, and a foosball table. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Parking is free both onsite and on the street, and self check-in is available with a keypad and private entrance.

Neighborhood
Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home balances privacy with easy access to nearby attractions. Explore Olde Town Arvada’s shops, restaurants, and historic streets, or take a short drive to Denver, Boulder, and Golden. Red Rocks Amphitheatre, mountain trailheads, family attractions, grocery stores, and golf courses are all close by, with major highways offering quick connections across the Front Range.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
