You and your guests get to enjoy the entire house to yourselves.
The house is beautifully decorated for a relaxing retreat before and after the excitement of the racetrack or bourbon tours.

This 1600 Sq. Ft. single level home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a garden tub, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, free off street parking and keyless entry.

The kitchen overlooks the family room, so everyone is included in the fun and conversation. It has high vaulted ceilings with pendant lights over the counters.
The appliances are all stainless steel GE Profile: Stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with everything you need from utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, bakeware, towels and more.

Just off of the kitchen is the dining area, which seats 4 at a high top table with views into both the kitchen and family room.

The large family is perfect for gathering to plan your Derby festivities or just chill and watch tv after a full day of activities. It has vaulted ceilings with a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, leather couch, 42" TV, glass coffee/end tables.

The large master bedroom has a beautiful queen size 4 poster mahogany bed, 32" TV, ceiling fan, 2 night stands and a chest of drawers.

Just off of the master bedroom is the huge master bathroom with a beautiful garden tub/window, a separate walk in tiled shower, double vanities in granite, plenty of lighting for the girls applying makeup, ceiling exhaust/heater fan, toilet and linen closet, stocked with towels, and toiletries.

The spare bathroom has a single vanity in granite, toilet, full shower, and a ceiling exhaust/heater fan.

Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, closet and a bay window

Guest bedroom 2 has a twin bed, closet and makeup vanity table.

The laundry room just off of the kitchen has a washer and dryer, along with detergent, fabric sheets and bleach.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire house, except the Master closet, which is locked and off limits to guests.

Ring Doorbell is located on the front door with continuous monitoring.
