Thank you for being a wonderful guest Brian. I am so happy to hear that your family enjoyed the cabin.

I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed all that Pure Country has to offer! This one is secretly my favorite cabin (shh). The details that the builder put into this cabin is breathtaking. The hand hewn beams would be almost impossible to find today. You were a wonderful guest Kristin. I hope that you’ll come back again.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I’m really sorry the grill was a letdown during your stay — I totally get how that could be frustrating. The good news is we’ve replaced it with a brand new one, and it’s ready for our guests to enjoy! We appreciate you letting us know and hope you’ll come back and check it out sometime!

Thank you for this wonderful review Tracie. We agree with you, the location is close to everything that Hochatown has to offer. Hope to host ya'll again soon!

Thank you for coming back Pure Country. We appreciate the 5 Star Review.

Thank you Brandon for the wonderful review. We really strive to exceed our guests expectations, so you made my day! We will continue to work hard to make this a great place for families and friends to vacation.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad the layout, pool, and fire pit made it a great space for your group — especially with little ones in tow! We always aim to respond quickly when any issues come up, and we appreciate your patience. While we don’t allow events like weddings or receptions, we love that the space gave you that kind of “celebration-worthy” vibe. We’d be honored to host you again anytime!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that you found the grill unusable and felt the need to do extra cleaning when you arrived — that’s not the standard we aim to provide. I’ll be addressing the cleaning issue with my team. We have since purchased a brand new grill for the cabin. I’m glad to hear that overall your stay was still a win, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again and give you the 5-star experience we strive for.

Thank you for the great review Tabitha. We have tried to create a comfortable, yet luxurious cabin. We have ordered more pots and pans for the cabin. Thank you for that valuable feedback.

Patricia, I am surprised to receive this review from you. We take pride in having a clean cabin and offering our guests the best amenities. I would have been happy to have our cleaning crew come out immediately and address your concerns, had you let me know during your stay. We did not find that the towels were moldy but to be sure, have replaced all the towels with new ones. The filter on the refrigerator was replaced as soon as the beeping was brought to our attention. Unfortunately, we are in the woods and the outside furniture and tv do get dusty. Our cleaning crew cleaned everything outside before your arrival but during ragweed and pollen season, it is next to impossible to keep it all from settling again. The outside trash cans are located at the end of the driveway and are scheduled to be picked up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During the busy seasons, the trash company can run behind and miss our trash cans occasionally, which is why we have 2 trash cans for our guests. When you mentioned the broken banister in your phone call with my colleague, he offered to drive over to fix it immediately and you assured him that it wasn’t a big deal. As soon as you departed, the railing was fixed. I hope that you find a more suitable cabin in the future. We have used your review to ensure that our future guests will have a 5 Star experience.
