This set of two adjoining cottages welcomes you to Soullans, in the Marais Breton, where you can enjoy the natural surroundings and landscapes of the marsh. Discover the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, located 12 km away. This property comprises two adjoining cottages, "La Bourrine" and "La Pibole".
The "La Bourrine" cottage offers, on the ground floor, a living/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with four single beds that can be joined together), and a shower room with WC accessible to people with reduced mobility. The "La Pibole" cottage also comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining/kitchen area, two equipped bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together), and a shower room with WC accessible to people with reduced mobility. Outside, you will have two private enclosed gardens with terraces (garden furniture, barbecues, sun loungers), and two covered 3-person multi-jet hot tubs (included from May to September, and available as an option for €100 per week per hot tub outside of this period). For added comfort during meals, you will have private access to the marquee located on the property, where you will find tables and chairs.

You will also have access to a shared playground with children's play equipment, a shared heated indoor swimming pool (3.6 x 9.6 m), open from May to September, accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to a pool lift, and a fishing pier also accessible to people with reduced mobility. A donkey and sheep are present on the property.
