Relaxing Place to Stay

Overall a great place to stay. The place was very clean, has enough beach items that we didnā€™t have to get chairs or coolers. The pol table was a great bonus as the family played almost every day while sitting at the rooftop patio enjoying the weather. Strongly recommend.

Great Rooftop View of the Ocean and the Mountains!

We certainly enjoyed our stay for 8 nights. We enjoyed the resort amenities, short walk to the beach, and the view from the rooftop! There were so many cool accessories around the condo that added more fun touch to the vacation vibes. The hosts have been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family/group to stay!

Travelling with a group of friends - we all remarked on how much we loved our stay here! Super comfy beds, the hang-out area/pool table upstairs, the Aquatika property, and just all the little thoughtful included extras in the condo. This made for a wonderful stay before our cruise out of Puerto Rico. . We want to come back! Julie was a wonderful host and provided excellent communication. Check in/out was a breeze!. Thank you so much Julie for an awesome experience!

Fairy Tale Vacay

The Aquatike resort was amazing. We travelled with other families and the resort was safe for our teenagers to travel to each otherā€™s places, go mini golfing, down to the beach, and to the many pools. This particular unit was clean and our hosts were extremely responsive. The beds were comfortable. We used our rental car to get around and found that the location of our place was central to where most attractions were. Iā€™d highly recommend a stay in this unit. The extra space upstairs was utilized by everyone but appreciated most by the teens!

Really great stay!

Super cute and spacious. Property was as it looked in the photos. We have younger kids and while we enjoyed all the fantastic beaches, the kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. They were open very long hours which was also nice. Loved sitting out on the rooftop patio as well. Hosts were kind and very helpful. It's not in the big resort/ tourist trap areas and allows for a much more authentic Puerto Rican feel. Would definitely recommend.

Location

Our stay was good. The area was not too good gunshots every night. It was not a safe environment to stay to walk throughout the night. I was hoping to make this or every year stay but I would rather stay somewhere else that is safe for my family.

Awesome!

Pictures are exactly what was seen in the condo. Everything was great and the master bed, that was the best that I have ever slept in a hotel/condo. The property is centrally located to all the activities that we did for the week (Old San Juan, Kayaking with Puerto Rico Bio Bay Tours and seeing the Bioluminescent Bay, El Yunque National Forest). The pools were great and the beach area for the property was top notch. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

Nice trip overall

Condo had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, plenty of towels and rooftop patio was great. Only complaint was only 3 beach chairs and we had 6 in our group. There are no chairs at all on the beach and very few at the pool that you can use. Had little issue at check in but it was taken care of quickly. Neighborhood around the resort is a little rough but property felt very safe and was within 30 minutes of most of the major sites.

Aquatika Cozy Penthouse

Much larger property than the photos show. Primary bedroom with king bed & attached full bath, queen bedroom with large closet, third bedroom with bunk and full beds. Second full bath on main floor, half bath on second floor with futon bed. Great balcony with views of the mountains, neighborhood and partial ocean views. Very clean property and well secured. Police station in front with a convenience store next to it. Grocery and pharmacy within minutes. Nicely situated between Luquillo/Fajardo area and San Juan. Great pool setup for younger kids.

Fabulous stay

We stayed at Aquatika 7703 w/penthouse and had a fabulous time. This unit is wonderfully decorated and very useful with all the necessaties you could think of. The space was very ample. You could fit so many people in this unit. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, blue tooth speaker. The rooftop was a great hangout area. The unit is conveniently located in view of the large pool area and a short walk to the small private beach. The owners provided board games, kitchen items, and even shampoo * Bodywash in the bathrooms. You do need a car if you want to venture outside the resort. There is a small convenience store but you need to drive it from the location of the property. Great stay!

Our stay

Our stay was overall good, the unit was good although the cleaning could of been better and some cleaning supplies would of been useful. They should specify about the cable only working in the living room, the master room tv does not have any cable and the other 2 rooms have no TV, they did not specify that also. The bathroom could be in better shape but the mattress are good. We did not like the fact that you are unable to have visitors unless you add them to the list and they charge you extra for that they limit you to only 10 people counting the ones that are already in the B & B

GOLDEN GIRLS TRIP

Mom's 70th B'day in PR was great! Water/Cable issues. Julie could've responded quicker. My aunt had to call on my behalf (sheā€™s from PR) it was handled. Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. Everyone on the Aquatika Grounds was nice ( fresh coconuts) the area is poor and not walkable you need a car. But thereā€™s plenty to do on the grounds. Overall the penthouse and the property Was nice and I would recommend staying here.

Love the roof top lounge

Loved the rooftop lounge and the location of the unit to the beach and pool. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Easy to access east side of the island.

This property was even more than expected. It was so bright and cheery! We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The facilities at Aquatika were overall well kept. The beach access was wonderful. Just so many things we loved about our stay. Definitely will come back here.

Perfect place for a relaxing stay

We loved our stay at Cozy Paradise! Aquatika is about a 30min drive to San Juan, 30 min to El Yunque, and 45 min to Farjado. For our 4-day stay, the 8 of us were very comfortable especially for our pace - relax by the beach and pool and hanging on the rooftop. Common areas in this space were fantastic for chatting and planning our days. The place is well stocked with linens, 8 towels and 8 beach-towels available. We could have used another dish towel or two. Beach chairs and coolers available for use. Grocery store and Walmart super center are 30 minutes away, so plan accordingly, as there arenā€™t many restaurants in the area. Bryanā€™s Pizza was fantastic, and just down street (5 min). Julie was very communicative and a fantastic hostess. Would 100% stay again!

Our three apartments are up to date, very clean, comfortable and completely updated with lots of thoughtful touches and decorations including all the amenities you could possibly need, plus more. Our three apartments are located in the same building, ideally situated in Aquatika, directly across from two of the pools and one of the hot tubs. It is also a short walk to the beach. Take advantage of a spectacular pool view from the outdoor balconies of the two first floor apartments.
You will love especially the breezy roof-top patio where we you can play pool each night under the lights. Our Cozy Apartments are the perfect getaway!
