Ours is the MOST SOUGHT AFTER stack, the 7 stack, out-front & corner !!

With a private access to the beach, you will truly feel you have arrived in paradise. A mere 50 steps to the beach, you will gladly spend a major portion of your day basking in the southern Florida sunshine, watching as the dolphins and manatee frolic in the surf. Should the sun leave you feeling parched, you'll be glad to know happy hour at the beachfront " Sunset grill " restaurant and bar are a few steps away.

PLEASE NOTE.... Nightly rates quoted are for a ONE WEEK ( 7 nights ) rental, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays and non- Sat to Sat. will be charged a different, higher rate

Views were absolutely stunning. Location was wonderful. Entire condo was very clean and employees working hard everyday to keep it that way. The unit needed a little updating and minor repairs. The AC unit was a little difficult to regulate but other than that, we loved it.

The view from the 4th floor was fabulous, dolphins playing everyday. Nice pool and convenient restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and some updating has been done. I thought the unit had a washer and dryer in it but they were only steps away. There were no dish towels or extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and only one set of sheets for the king bed. Only two bath towels but plenty of beach towels. The tv’s were too small. The closet where the beach chairs were kept was a mess and smelled. Don’t know if the owners have been there recently but it would be a good idea. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our experience.

Lovely Stay

We stayed for a week in March. The location on the beach was perfect. It was convenient and in my opinion, the best beach on Marco Island. The sunsets each evening were phenomenal from the balcony. The building was quiet and the people were friendly. The pool was always clean and refreshing after a long day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Very relaxing,

Had a great time in Marco Island. Very easy to drive and walk. Food at all locations was good. Apollo location was very good. Weather was fantastic! Not sure what more I could ask for.

Beautiful Beach

The building is under repair as it and the condo could use an update/refresh. You need a key with you at all times. The elevator, the front doors, the pool, etc. However, the beach is amazing and I would definitely stay again. The owners were also wonderful and on top of any requests or questions.

Go to sleep as a child in front of the beach, but don’t worry the mattress will not help!

1. New mattresses are needed. 2. This property needs renovations. Water marks with rusty color are never good! 3. Finding out about the nesting ordinance imposed by Marco Island on registration wasn’t good. To be obligated to turn my lights at 20:30 or being fined would have changed my plans and I would have stayed in another locality in Florida.

Great visit

Had a great stay at Apollo 407, the unit was very clean, no issues. Loved the Keurig for morning coffee and the deck was great for watching beautiful sunsets in comfortable Adirondack chairs. Fixtures are dated, but everything worked ok. Prime beach location.

Warning: Don't book this property!

They responded with frustration and disrespect when trying to contact them to get into the property. We have booked places all over but this was one of the worst. It was roach infested with the biggest roaches we've ever seen. We took a picture of one alive and left one on the table as evidence. Afterwards we figured out there was a problem because we found defoggers and and Raid in the storage areas. They definitely need to upgrade the property. Especially with the front door knob which was about to fall off. It looked like someone had tried to break in before. And the sliding glass door to get to the balcony needs to be replaced as well. It was a struggle to get to the balcony through that door because it never opened very well. The screen doors are deteriorating and rotting at the bottom and the handles. There are also huge holes in the screens. Then there was the smell! As soon as we opened the door for the first time in anticipation, we were overcome by a stench of something like a wet dog or cat. We never got rid of the smell. It was on the carpet, the bedding, and the furniture. We removed all of the current bedding because of the stench and replaced the sheets with the clean ones from the closet. We went to the store and purchased a new comforter and bought plugin air freshers and sprayed all of the rooms. It got better but we never got rid of the smell. The mattress itself needs to be replaced as well. There was a huge dip in one side of the mattress.

view spoiled by rotten smell and dated building

I’m not sure this is something the owners can fix. It’s too bad, because the view is outstanding and it has easy access to south beach. Unfortunately the apartment reeks of an odor that one could best describe as pungent grandparents. Not sure if it’s the carpets, or cleaning supplies used or the fact that it’s an old building, but it’s a rotten smell that forced us to keep the balcony doors open throughout the night, which was unfortunate since the nights got down to a chilly 50 degrees. Another oddity I’ve never experienced while booking one of these, is picking up keys off site (10 mins away). Why they don’t keep the keys with the building is beyond me? You also need to use a key to turn to activate the lobby electronic doors as well as activate the elevator button. I mean this is Marco Island, not the slums of Miami. The building really needs to update with the times.

Slice of Paradise

The Zandy’s were fantastic to work with. Everything was just as described. The beach was gorgeous and the sunsets were just breathtaking! My husband has mobility issues so we were able to enjoy the beach more since we were just steps away from the beach. For those of you who are shellers, we came during negative tide and walking to the left toward the rocks was amazing. We actually had to be choosey with the shells and still had so many (Not just conchs). So, no need for a shelling tour! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, plenty of seating, and never crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to stay in this exact same spot again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a blast and made so many wonderful memories!

Be prepared

Upon checking in I was told I wasnt expected until the next day. Apparently the owner had a couple other bookings as well as mine overlapping per the realty office. Owner called me and didnt even apologize. Dishwasher, oven, sink and bathroom vanity ALL from the 80s! Could not even close the dishwasher to start it and didnt come with dishwasher detergent. Half used roll of paper towles. One and a half used roll of toilet paper. Under vanity leaked every time we took a shower. Had only two old bath towels. Bed was WAY wore out and my husband and I both got bed bugs! Strict rules in and around complex. Enjoy your stay!
