Spacious, recently updated rental unit within walking distance of downtown Omaha. Master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom with walk in closet on main level. Additional double bed and 2 single beds with another full bathroom on lower level. TV, wifi, fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Come relax and enjoy Omaha from this prime location.
There is are 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit that are first come first serve for all 4 units of the building. Additionally there is plenty of street parking available. It is metered Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm at $0.25 per hour.

Great townhouse right in downtown Omaha! First, the host was so friendly from the booking process to information before the trip go any questions during our stay. He was quick to respond and very helpful.The home was incredible. Very comfortable and cosy, with so much space! We could have had 8 people there with no issues. The house had all the amenities we needed and extra towels and blankets. Parking was a breeze. We look forward to staying here again.

Host was available for any questions. Was strange that check-out didn't have any information until the morning of rather than at check-in so wasn't sure how to leave the home. Other than that, the location is adjacent the downtown area of Omaha and was great for our group to attend a wedding at the Joslyn Art Museum.

Overall had a good stay in Omaha at Andrew's home. Parking worked fine for our family, close to a lot of the things we wanted to do with our young kids (no drives longer than 15 min). Washer/dryer was nice to have. A few draw backs to know: - There is a unit above this unit, and the floors are incredibly creaky. If you are a light sleeper or just dislike hearing people walk loudly above you, this might not be your spot. It prevented us from sleeping well in the master bedroom a couple of a nights. Also, if you have kids staying in the basement room, you will need to limit walking around after their bedtime for the same reason (super loud floors). Our kids complained about this. - One of the twin beds in the basement is practically unusable. Even my 7 year old who can sleep on rocks refused to use it. The other 2 beds in the basement are fine for kids. - The owner has a dehumidifier running in the basement (the 2nd bedroom) because it is quite musty/humid (as basements in old homes often are). But it is quite loud to run overnight while sleeping, so we would turn it off, but then the humidity and musty smell in the basement would get quite high. We found it worked OK to run the dehumidifier hard all day while we were out, and then turn it off just before bedtime. We showed up to the apartment not being very clean, but I notified the owner of this and he has told me he will work with the cleaning crew to improve.

My sisters and I spent 3 nights here and thought with it being on a one way was odd for us. Also, basement bedroom has no windows at all and carpet squishy after a rain. Also smelled very mildewy even though they had a dehumidifier. Dumped the water bin on it 3 times in 3 days we were there. The main floor was nice and had to climb steps to front door so they meed to take a picture of that too.

Families with young children, this is a great place to stay! Just a few blocks walk to the Children's Museum and plenty of walkable parks. Bring a stroller and you can walk to the riverfront parks, amazing food options and more. We logged nearly 25 miles in 4 days while walking around. The apartment was fully stocked with toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and even laundry soap. There are 2 parking spots in front for the 4 units however the extra lot to pwrk in is quite literally right across the street. We had no issues with anything and reslly enjoyed being able to walk around the city but hesd back to the apartment for meals which saved food costs. Our 4 year old had a blast watching fire trucks and other vehicles like cranes work in the city. The location was relatively quiet for being in a city and the people around were very friendly. Highly recommend condsidering this VRBO. The space also has a basement with beds and an additional bathroom but we didnt utilize that but it was clean when we checked it out.

This property is nice, clean, and pretty spacious. Has everything you could need, as far as staying for a vacation. Has all soaps, laundry amenities, plenty of room, lots of linens and towels available, dishwasher, dishes, cooking pots, pans, utensils, and decent spices available. The layout is comfortable, the beds are all comfortable and its pretty easy to relax. The TV's do require you to log in with your own apps (Netflix, YouTube tv, etc...) but I think a lot of places require this now - just a heads up. Parking is tricky. There are 2 spots available for the 4 plex building. You are lucky if you get one. There is parking available down the hill, but carrying all your stuff up the hill, or carrying groceries, etc... isn't ideal. There also is paid street parking across the street that is usually available for a small fee (free overnight though), but it is on a decently busy street, close to downtown, so something to keep in mind. Otherwise, my only other concern would be - there is a back door to the unit as you head down to the basement. The door doesn't have much more than a dead bolt lock. If you plan on having children stay downstairs, you probably want to plan a way to make sure they do not use the back door and sneak out :)We had a great time, and the owner was super easy to get ahold of and communication was great! I would stay again, I just would have a little heads up on the parking and back door situation.Hope this helps!!

Location is close to the Old Market and property has some nice features. Master bedroom/bathroom are very roomy. Kitchen has nice amenities and there is a high top dining table. Owner was quick to respond with any questions and check-in/check-out were super easy. Basement bedroom leaves a little to be desired. It's a bit musty and one of the twin beds feels more like a box springs. We never got to park in front of the property and had to park at the corner lot that is provided. Not too much of a problem until you're trying to carry all of your stuff from the car up the hill and up the steps of the porch - which are steep and there is no handrail. We all felt this property would feel much cleaner of all of the carpet was removed and some type of hard flooring was put in.

We had a hiccup at check-in, but Andrew quickly responded and fixed the issue. We didn't have to utilize the additional parking, but appreciated having it as an option if needed. Location was close to everything we were visiting for and a good fit for our family.

Perfect for our Family

Our stay at this condo was excellent. It was very clean and updated, was a mile away from the old market and was only a couple of miles from the Omaha Zoo. It was perfect size for our family of 5 and the owner was very friendly, prompt in answering questions, and was easy to work with. We have family in the area so come to Omaha about once a year and will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect size home for my family of 6!

Check in and out was seamless. The listing was accurate. Had to use the parking lot across the street many times and is described perfectly on listing. Was a little concerned on overall location/neighborhood when we arrived...near city jail, fire dept, sketchy businesses etc.BUT everything was fine and we had NO issues whatsoever. Which is why I gave 4 stars for location.

Weekend Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this condo in downtown Omaha. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and well-kept everything was—it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was just right: not too big, not too small, with a thoughtful layout that made it easy to relax and settle in.The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights after full days of exploring the city. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to some of Omaha’s best bars and restaurants. We loved being able to head out on foot and enjoy the local scene without having to worry about transportation. However, Ubers were readily available and always close by if we needed. Parking was convenient too—off-street options were available, and there was also a nearby lot that was easy to access. Anytime we had a question, the host was responsive, kind, and very easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even more seamless.It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place comfortable and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already hoping to come back again soon!

Fantastic!

Family trip to Omaha to cheer on the Huskers in Big 10 baseball tournament. Place was exactly as described, and worked perfectly for us! Host was so great to work with and helped us out a ton by being flexible and understanding! We will definitely stay here again if we can!!

Quick Weekend Away

We came into town for the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholder Meeting. The location was great (walking distance), the rental unit was perfect for myself, husband, and son. My son had the whole downstairs to himself, and we felt safe. We would stay there again.

Great Location

My sisters and I stayed here for our annual sisters weekend. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to do was within walking distance which was great since none of us are familiar with Omaha!

Excellent apartment, transitional neighborhood

The apartment was well decorated, clean, with all of the appropriate amenities. Check-in was easy, communication was clear and timely. The location for accessing Omaha was excellent. The location is in a mixed-class neighborhood with buildings in various states of repair, And some occasional maladaptive behavior, such as public drunkenness and screaming arguments. We are comfortable in neighborhoods like this, coming from the city center of Kansas City. Others may not be comfortable in this area if they have little experience living in urban environments. For us, however, it worked perfectly. Parking is parallel across the street, and was not an issue for us. We did not find nor did we try to locate the supplemental parking lot. Overall rating 4/5.

Convention stay

Had a convention at the Marriott Downtown and brought my family. The house worked great for us and was very comfortable. Between the parting on location and on the street for our two vehicles it was very simple and never had to park far away. I was even able to walk to and from the convention a couple of times comfortably. My daughter found the trundle bed and it was a struggle to get her out of it.

This was a very nice clean place. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood/area when we arrived at nighttime. However, we didn’t ever have any strange run ins.

The house was very comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. We were hoping to be walking distance from places and it wasn’t, but it definitely is a very short drive to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Great property and the owner was amazingly responsive to request. Very close to downtown and all thats happening. The place is actually quite large and you can relax upstairs while kids sleep below. Everything worked as advertised. I couldnt be more pleased with my stay.
