The Space:

Step onto your private lanai 20 floors above Waikiki and take in sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head - this southeast-facing condo at the iconic Waikiki Banyan puts one of Hawaii's most celebrated stretches of coastline just one block from your door.



Living space

The open-plan living area is set up for easy island living. A pull-out sleeper sofa, coffee table, chair, and 50" Samsung Smart TV fill the lounge, while a dining table with four chairs sits alongside a window AC unit to keep things cool no matter how warm it gets outside. Step through the sliding glass door to your furnished lanai - a table and two chairs await, along with those uninterrupted ocean and mountain views.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door for privacy, and sleeps guests across a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. A 43" Hisense Smart TV, dresser, nightstands, and a closet complete the room. The pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates additional guests, though it is best suited for children or occasional use.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. A GE refrigerator with freezer, Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, Sharp single oven, and microwave handle the cooking, while a Keurig coffee maker, rice maker, blender, hot water kettle, toaster, and baking sheet cover the rest. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics are all on hand.



Bathroom

The full bathroom features a tub and shower combination with a hand-held shower wand, vanity with cabinet, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided, along with all linens, towels, and beach towels.



Recreation deck

The sixth-floor recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan has just completed a full transformation and is now open - the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities. Enjoy a large heated swimming pool, three brand-new hot tubs, a sauna, all-new loungers and daybeds, modern BBQ and grill stations with seating, a children's playground, and a full tennis and play court.



Beach essentials & building perks

Head to the beach fully equipped - two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cooler, and beach mat are all provided. Snorkeling gear is also available. Paid laundry facilities are located on every floor (WASH-connect/WASH-card), and a complimentary parking space for one vehicle is included - a saving of $45-60 per day. Fast Wi-Fi (294 Mbps), an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make longer stays or remote work easy. An on-site coffee shop and convenience store sit on the ground floor.
