The bed (double – 120x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

You are positioned exactly halfway between the historic heart of Central Paris and the magic of Disneyland Paris, making this a highly sought-after location for families and tourists who want to experience both without constantly changing hotels.

The street itself is modern and quiet, but you are just a short walk from a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, and local restaurants. For a breath of fresh air, the expansive Parc départemental de la Haute-Île is nearby, offering massive green spaces along the Marne river.

You are incredibly close to the magic. Hop on the RER, and you can be at the gates of Disneyland Paris in under 20 minutes, bypassing the premium prices of the park hotels.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
