There wont be any time for your kids and grandkids to be on their phones or watching TV, they will be making memories with you at the Pool, Basketball court, Patio, or in the backyard playing cornhole. You will also be able to walk 3 blocks to order your Raspberry Shakes or grab dinner as you are in the heart of all the action of Garden City.

This is your hub for exploring Bear Lake and all Northern Utah has to offer. It is ideally situated close to Bear Lake, Downtown Garden City, and endless trails for hiking and biking! The majestic views of the lake and beautiful nature dreamscapes will remind you of all the reasons you want to keep coming back to this enchanted retreat! With amenities including a private indoor pool and Full Size Basketball court to play basketball, Volleyball, Dodgeball, & Pickleball, tons of room for everyone, and close access to everything, it is tailor-made for large and small groups needing to get away and re-vitalize!

Wake up in a cozy king-sized bed in the spacious master bedroom and walk out to the adjoining patio to take in the morning sunrises over Bear Lakes incredible views. Enjoy the smart TV with or relax in the large glass-enclosed shower. The large spacious rooms, comfortable seating, and home furnishings make you feel right at home.

Guests will sleep in comfort and privacy in the other rooms with cozy queen beds. There are 7.5 Bathrooms with 6 Bedrooms + a large bonus room with Beds and bathroom.

After you come home from your day on the beach or snow skiing, a perfect place to freshen up is the fully stocked bathrooms. They have everything you need to get squeaky clean! Our bathrooms include a tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal after a long day hiking or golfing in the fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll enjoy using our brand new stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove. Blend up a smoothie, make some rice in the rice cooker, get going with coffee in the morning, toast some fresh bagels, or put something in the crock pot so it will be ready when you get home. No need to buy plastic or paper dining ware. We have everything! Enjoy a casual lunch or dinner by pulling up a seat at the bar.

After your meal is ready, everyone can chow down in the dining room. Want to take the party outside? Enjoy a meal or games on the outdoor patio or take a seat next to the pool!

Create memories and laughter with fun and meaningful conversations out on the large comfortable seating in the living room. Gather around the electric fireplace and enjoy the unique ambiance it provides. Binge-watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the smart TV.
