• Primary Bedroom Suite offers a king size bed, private bath with walk-in tiled shower, double sink vanity, a walk-in closet, clothes dresser storage and large screen TV,
• Private King Bedroom is off the kitchen area which is secluded from the other bedrooms. This room has a king size bed, walk-in closet, large screen TV, and an adjacent bathroom.
• Bedroom number three offers two queen size beds, walk in closet, attached bathroom with tub and shower combination, large vanity and toilet and large screen TV.
• Bedrooms number four and five each offer a queen size bed, twin daybed with pop-up trundles, large screen TV, and large closet. Each has an adjacent bathroom with sink, walk in shower and toilet.
• Total of 13 separate beds which include two king size beds, four queen size beds, and three twin size beds with twin size trundles, and one single twin allowing plenty of room for everyone. There are also two extra long couches in entertainment room which can be used for sleeping and a full size hide-a bed in the living room.
All bed pillows and mattresses encased with allergy covers.

Adjacent to Entertainment recreation room, there is an additional bathroom with a sink, tub and shower combination.

Pool & Spa - The rates at checkout automatically adds propane fees to heat the pool or spa. You may choose to heat one or the other or neither, depending on your vacation plans. In the colder months when the air temperatures are too chilly to swim, many choose to heat the spa only. This can all be edited by the owner during the booking process to lower your overall booking amount.

Security - to respect our guest's privacy; there are NO indoor cameras. There are three cameras installed around the outside of the house; the front, the side by the garage and on the rooftop. This is for liability and security purposes only. The audio is turned off and it is a very broad panoramic view of the spaces. We respect your privacy and would only record and view if there is a disturbance reported.
