Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² house with swimming pool, facing south-west, in Fréjus, to rent for up to 8 people.

It comprises a bright 27 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a private enclosed garden of around 1,598 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 27 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200), TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180x200).
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds, a work area and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 4x8m swimming pool, private and unheated, secured by an alarm and accessible from early April to late September.
- A lovely 1,598 m² enclosed and private garden with furniture at your disposal (including table tennis).
- A main terrace in front of the pool with dining area and sun loungers.
- Two roof terraces (tropéziennes) with dining area.
- A terrace at the back of the house with dining area.

The house is ideally located in Fréjus, in a quiet residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The house is close to L'Estérel, offering magnificent walks that are directly accessible on foot from the house. Fréjus beach is just 6 km away, making it easy to enjoy the sea.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (5 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The car is essential.
- Fréjus railway station is about 3 km away.
- Nice Côte d'Azur airport is around 65 km away.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams and a local concierge service.

- The swimming pool is open from April to the end of September and is equipped with an alarm. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times shown are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
