Inside the cottage, you’ll find open, sunlit living spaces with views of the cove, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a living room with a smart tv, kitchen with all you need to cook a delicious meal at home, and a lovely sunroom with a sofa and dining table that opens to a deck overlooking a spacious lawn. This home has been lovingly cared for and features refinished hardwood floors and new carpet for the 2021 rental season.  The living room furniture was updated in 2022 and thanks to new heat pumps for 2023, the home is now equipped with air conditioning.

Located in the heart of Orr’s Island, you’ll love exploring the neighborhood, stopping at Salt Cod Cafe or the Bailey Island General Store for baked goods, necessities, soups, and sandwiches, dining at Sundrenched and Cook’s Lobster & Ale House, and shopping at Land’s End Gift Shop.
