In the Berry region, near the Château de Valençay, Beauval Zoo, the Brenne Regional Natural Park, and the Loire Valley châteaux, this former farmhouse invites you to enjoy a peaceful holiday in the heart of the Berry countryside.

You can admire panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Facilities include a pétanque court, a playground with a swing set, slide, obstacle course, climbing dome, ping-pong table, and trampoline (from April 15th to September 30th) for children, providing fun for the whole family. This house has a private terrace and a large enclosed garden shared with another gîte that can accommodate 6 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen (with a freestanding multi-function oven), a lounge and dining area, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and another with two single beds (90x190 cm), as well as a second toilet with a sink.

The house also offers a private terrace and a large shared garden.
Parking is available on the property. Cleaning is mandatory for business guests at a rate of €35.
