This home is equipped with all the extras including luxury linens for all sleeping areas and beach towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, and for fun we have included a volleyball, basketball, pickleball set, corn hole game, bocce set, bikes and beach chairs and even a beach umbrella and cooler!

Listen to the soothing sound of the fountain in the pond just outside the front of our home or head over to the beautiful resort pool with tiki bar - serving up delicious beverages and food!

The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, large flat screen smart TV and ensuite with large shower and walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and it's own full bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is complete with everything you can think of including crock pot, blender, bakeware, hand mixer, coffee maker, kettle and more! To make it easier, we've included the cooking basics (oil, vinegar, spices, sugar). A welcome kit is also waiting on the island for you including laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher pods and more!).

The Paseo amenities include a clubhouse, 3 gorgeous community pools, a theatre, fitness centre, tennis, bocce, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts. There is also a restaurant, ice cream shop, cafe, pub, library and theatre! For the working holiday, there is also a business centre available to you.

In addition, you are only minutes from the neighbouring communities of Ft. Myers, Estero and Naples. A short drive away from beautiful Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel Island, glorious golf fairways, outstanding shopping and dining.
