This 2nd story 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath unit is a nice, tranquil, breezy apartment on a quiet little street in a gated neighborhood. It is within steps of the western end of the Isla Verde Beach and a sheltered cove. Also walking distance to wide, sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has two bedrooms, including a large Master bedroom with a king size bed and two full bathrooms. Room A/C mini-split units in both bedrooms and also in the kitchen / living room area. In the cooler winter season (Nov - April), the apartment is great for just opening up the double doors in the living room and enjoying the ocean breeze and view. Also, a very big plus for our apt. is that it has solar powered battery back up so we keep going even if the grid should happen to go down. Other amenities include WiFi internet, and washer/dryer in the apt.. It is a non-smoking apartment. Relax on the balcony or in the living room enjoying the beautiful ocean views or sit in the shady patio garden or on our large deck. A short 2 minute walk to a sheltered cove, an excellent place for small children to play in the sand and shallow, calm waters. To get further down the beach where there are wider, sandy stretches, remember to bring good beach shoes to comfortably walk over some rocks along the way. Within a short walk of the apartment you have a wide variety of eating options including a small food truck park, some casual dining (Pollo Tropical and Paco's Diner), excellent bakeries ( Panaderia Espana), a very good breakfast /brunch place (Bistro Cafe) and excellent coffee (787 Coffee), great local food, including 'mofongo' (La Casita,), pizzerias, and other fine international restaurants including Argentinian steak houses, Peruvian ceviche, and Italian. And if you feel like cooking your own meal, a supermarket is just down the road (Supermax).
