Peaceful, spacious, amenity-rich country home w/ 1400 square feet of barn space. Barn has TV, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, cornhole boards, battery powered BT speaker, and sporting, fishing and fire pit supplies. Property has a fish pond with bluegill, bass and catfish, a nice BB/pickleball court, horseshoe pits, grill, hiking trails, fire pits and campfires, and RV parking spot. House has well-equipped high-tech kitchen, 2 dining tables, 50 bps WIFI, desk/printer, 3 couches, curved 55" TV/SB/DVD, crib and changing table. The yard is well lit at night. Business and family friendly! 6 and 30 min to Flora/Delphi and Purdue. Perfect for all types of guests from work crews to vacationing families. Hosts live in addition, which is isolated from original house like a duplex. No pets in house. No wild parties but make as much noise as you want (we are very isolated).

We were visiting Purdue for Parents weekend, and had a lovely time in the house in the farm. We enjoyed the open space, the decor of the rooms, each representing a different country, and the basketball court. The hosts were welcoming and the house was comfortable for our family.

The most beautiful property where the incredibly kind and gracious hosts have thought of everything. From fishing at the pond to a bonfire in the wooded area to playing pool or ping-pong, or Pickleball to just relaxing on the beautiful front porch with a cup of coffee… It was all perfect from beginning to end.

Peaceful stay with great amenities

This property works perfectly for our family visits to the area, providing a quiet place to relax. Amenities like a grill, basketball court, and pond make it easy to pass the time and enjoy the outdoors. Hosts communicated well and were great work with. Looking forward to returning for our next visit.

What an amazing property!

We met some friends half way for a relaxing weekend and boy this place did not disappoint. Al was super responsive and helpful. Lots to do on the property and it was so neatly kept. Would highly recommend if staying with the family. Lots to do!

Family Gathering

The property was easy to find, was very well maintained, and had everything we needed. We are 6 family members, across 3 generations, attending a Purdue Univ graduation. This property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We love Haven Acres

This was our third stay with Albert and Gloria. They are wonderful hosts! The farm offers so much for a family to do, or could be a peaceful retreat. We have a large family, with active boys. They rode bikes, went fishing, played basketball and yard games, billiards and other gameroom and outdoor games. We played card games and board games after dark. We look forward to pur time there every year.

Everything you could as for!

The property was very well maintained & the house was super clean. There was so much for my family & I to do. We had alot of fun fishing and hanging out outdoors. The host was extremely accommodating & polite. Zero complaints

A Little Peace of Heaven

We are from NC and were amazed at the the beauty of this farm. The owners were super nice and had left lots of information so we could be self sufficient, snacks, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the quiet country setting. The pond and the flora and fauna were awesome to see and enjoy. We definitely hope to get back Indiana. It's a beautiful state!

Wonderful Property!

This place has more amenities than you could ever want for your vacation. I had a group of friends here last weekend and we were pleasantly entertained throughout! We had a tournament on the basketball court, plenty of space for activities in the upstairs of the barn, and both pool and foosball on the temperature-controlled ground floor of the barn. Plus the living areas are of high quality with a curved TV in the family room! Albert was very friendly and happy to help with anything we requested during our stay. They even shared some homemade applesauce since they had a good yield this year! This place has a nice homey vibe and you are sure to have a wonderful vacation if you can book it.

Best rental around!!!

This is our FAVORITE place to go as a family. There is not a thing that the hosts haven’t thought about. It is a large beautiful home. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee. The kids had a blast fishing, catching frogs, playing basketball, pool, ping pong, foosball…. We did puzzles and played games. Sat all 8 of us at the table for family dinner with tomatoes from the garden. Took family photos around the logs that were placed there for just that reason. I know I’m forgetting a lot, but it is perfect in every way. This was our second year and we didn’t think it could get better but it did. Can’t wait to hopefully stay even longer next year.

Wonderful relaxing weekend!

All the comforts of home were provided & every little thing thought of. We enjoyed the comfortable home, cooking out & the peace & quiet. When we wanted things to do, all we needed was within a very short drive. Albert & Gloria were so welcoming. Exactly what we needed!

All the comforts of home

Al and Gloria thought of everything. We walked in to see a handwritten note to welcome us, as well as some snacks and bottled water in the fridge. The house was very clean, everything was labeled. We were even offered to help ourselves to squash in their garden. We will need to visit IN many times while our son is attending college there, and I will be seeking out this home's availability as my first choice.

Home away from home

The owners thought of everything. So many amenities and all the creature comforts of home. So incredibly friendly. There were 8 of us and there was more than enough room for all. We are not a quiet bunch and not once did we have to worry about it. Best vacation ever!!!
