Azure is located on Okaloosa Island, 1 of 3 Barrier islands containing the world's whitest sands and emerald water! When you arrive you will have immediate access to covered parking and fast convenient access to the condo, pools & beach! Once at the beach enjoy free seasonal Beach Service including a premium umbrella and two premium lounge chairs on the sugary-white sand beach in front of the beautiful clear emerald water! All the views in the pictures are from your own private balcony!! The 4th floor has the perfect site line to view the sunrises, sunsets and majesty of the dolphins, stingrays and manta rays swimming in the Gulf!! Free Wi-Fi, a new Q90 QLED TV in the living area and a TV in each bedroom to relax each evening after a long day at the beach. Extremely clean condo with premium bed sheets for all beds and premium towels provided in each bathroom. Exclusive area allowing a maximum of six stories makes for an "uncrowded beach"!! Walking distance to awesome restaurants including Stewby's Seafood, AJ's Oyster Shanty and Anglers Beachside Grill! Snowbird friendly with a discount for minimum stays of 30 days with check in and check out on Saturdays. We also do our best to provide the cleanest and most updated & high end furnished condo available. We also take pride in providing the best service to our guests. 85% of our guests are return guests. Great stay

Great stay. Beach was crowded but we had chairs reserved. It was Nice to have restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you so much Kim! We really do try our best to provide you with the overall best beach vacation possible. Okaloosa Island is an exclusive area where the condos have a limit of 6 levels high and the island is very narrow so our beaches are not busy compared to other areas. When you have been to the beaches in Destin or 30A you will experience a whole different level of crowded beaches. We do provide the service of reserving your umbrella and chairs for you and we are glad you appreciated that service. We are also glad that you enjoyed the awesome restaurants within easy walking from the condo! Fantastic food and great atmosphere. Thank you so much for being our guests and we hope to see you back soon!

Thank you so much for being such great guests! The forth floor is the perfect level for a perfect view of the ocean. We especially like to watch the dolphins during our early morning coffee. Azure and Okaloosa Island are definitely hard to beat for a beach vacation! Thanks again!

Well furnished, attractive and very clean condo. Location is great and an easy drive from Destin airport. Really appreciated that the owner was readily available to contact with guestions.

Great experience

This property was beautiful and everything we had hoped for based on the listing and location. This was the cleanest property we have ever rented, the layout was superb for our family and the large patio was amazing!

So very glad your stay in our Condo met and exceeded your expectations! We can not take credit for the beautiful clear emerald (turquoise) water and signature sugary-white sand on Okaloosa Island, but we will strive to make our condo as clean and inviting as possible! Fantastic place for multi-generational vacation!

Rich was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions that I had. We actually had 2 condos in Azure and 301 was by far our favorite. The layout worked out fantastic - having 3 bathrooms was really helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Even better in person!

Condo was even better in person than in the pictures! Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Location was great. Since there were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t even have to use our vehicle all week.

Beachfront

Our family stay at Azure was enjoyable. Location and of property close to everything. Plenty of room for our family and comfortable beds. The best part is the beautiful view of the ocean. Our weather was not the greatest but we made the best of it and ended with a fantastic beach day in the sun!

Uncomfortable beds

The condo was very nice with beautiful view of ocean. We had a wonderful time. My only complaints are that they only provided 4 washcloths and 6 towels. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The tile floor on arrival had some type of slick oily substance on them. The sliding glass door glass to the balcony was very dirty. We had to mob the floor right away so we didn’t fall.. I Cleaned the door and bought extra washcloths and towels. We enjoyed our trip. Loved the location and the beautiful beach and pool. Staff was very nice. Facility was very clean. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly when I had a question.

Exceeded expectation!

Our stay at Azure #408 with our adult son, daughter-in-law & grandkids was close to perfect (maybe a bit more rain than we would have liked 😊). The condo was nicely arranged and appointed for our group, offered all the necessities, and presented exactly as pictured. The front lobby staff were friendly and helpful as were the chair/umbrella guys. Having 2 large pools was great and they were carefully tended daily. Undercover parking was nice & handy. Can't say enough about the location . . . steps away from excellent seafood, ice-cream & mini-golf. And, only a short drive to additional great restaurants, shopping & many other activities. We enjoyed our coffee on the spacious balcony and the incredible view of the Gulf. Check out the pier which is close-by and maybe you too can witness a feeding frenzy which led to numerous 15-25lb Jack Crevelle being caught . . . a real bonus. Communication with the owners was just the best. Hope to return next year!!

This condo has become a part of my family and we are hoping it becomes a part of your family each year as return guests! Different times of the year offer different experiences. Either you will be swimming with the dolphins, stingrays or manta rays. You will also have the chance to see sea turtles and beautiful exotic fish! It is a wonderful gulf front condo that is kept extremely clean, contains premium bed sheets and towels and is in excellent condition. We are definitely looking for guests that care enough to keep it that way.

Free Seasonal Beach Service normally from March to October, Free Wi-Fi, Free Commercial Gym and Free Outside Barbecue Area! Everyone in the family will love the beach, but this area has so much more to offer! Just a short walk away the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is great for the fishing enthusiasts, but also for the mom's and kiddos wanting to see an overhead view of the dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, stingrays, manta rays and more! The family will also enjoy the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and the great shops and restaurants just a short walk away.
