Just outside the deep water canal opening is excellent fishing in Lemon Bay, with "no bridges" access to the Gulf of Mexico directly opposite the canal opening through Stump Pass.

The house is cozy, nicely furnished, and easy to keep clean. All groundskeeping is taken care of for you, and our helpful property manager is available just a short drive away to assist you during your stay. It will be a very convenient and comfortable home port for a couple that really enjoys spending their time boating and relaxing by the water.

There's plenty of room to store your large boat trailer during your stay, and year-round storage will be an option for the right tenant.

This is a peaceful "old Florida" setting that gives you that "away from it all" feeling, and yet all the services and conveniences you could possibly want are a 5 minute car ride away in town.
