Pets & Smoking: Absolutely no pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the unit or on either porch.
Summer Bookings (June–August): 7-day minimum stay with a Saturday-to-Saturday check-in. (Please contact the host directly to inquire about shorter stays or different check in/out days) during peak season).

Fees: A $59 non-refundable damage deposit is required at checkout.
