The Vrbo home is privately fenced with its own security entry gate to front door and private patio area that only airbnb guest have access to. There is a detached structure approximately 20-30 feet in the rear of the airbnb home where tenants occupy. Tenants are quiet and respectful.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Outdoor patio lights are on a timer. They turn on at 7:00pm and turn off at 10:00pm.
Please keep children away from fire pit, outdoor heater, and BBQ pit.
If you are uncomfortable with using fire pit, outdoor heater, and BBQ pit, please contact host and we will assist you.
