It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with a sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: each with two single beds (90x190), sleeping a total of 6
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- Plus a separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have provided the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- An indoor swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 10 m x 4 m, open from 1 May to 1 October.
- A private garden of 3,000 m², unfenced and opening out onto the vineyards.
- An 80 m² terrace including a 25 m² shaded patio (with a plancha, a darts board and a table for 8 people), in front of the south-facing swimming pool.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
