The Space:
Simply put: it's one-of-a-kind. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an array of entertainment options. Challenge your friends to a game of air hockey or foosball, mix up some drinks at the bar area, or engage in some friendly competition on the ping pong table. Outside, the backyard beckons with its lush grass perfect for playtime, complete with a basketball net for a bit of outdoor fun.

Fully equipped with a stove and a full-size fridge, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Feel right at home as you gather around the dining table or lounge in the spacious living area. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, this house is ideal for families, friends, or even solo travelers seeking a unique experience.

While this house may be over a century old, it's been lovingly maintained to ensure your comfort. Please keep in mind that while it's not the Ritz Carlton, it offers a charm and character that you won't find elsewhere.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home, ensuring a conformable and private stay. You can park up to 4 cars on the driveway, and there is street parking available for your convenience.

Whether you're in town for shopping, dining, or catching a game at one of the nearby stadiums, you'll find everything within reach. Plus, with proximity to Lake Erie, outdoor adventures await just a short drive away.

Exploring the Cleveland area is a breeze from our centrally located Fun House. While having your own vehicle provides convenience, there are also several public transportation options available for guests looking to explore the city without a car.

Public Transportation:

1. Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA): The RTA offers a comprehensive network of buses and trains, making it easy to navigate Cleveland and its surrounding areas.

2. Bike Share: Cleveland's bike share program, UH Bikes, offers a convenient and eco-friendly way to get around the city. With numerous bike stations located throughout Cleveland, guests can easily rent a bike and explore the city at their own pace.

★House Rules★

During your stay at the Cleveland's Best Fun House, please follow the house rules:

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearranging furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No unauthorized pets are allowed on the property.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.
• Check-out is at 11 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property.

If you have a pet, please make sure you have notified us, and the pet fee has been paid to avoid the $500 fee.

If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:

1. Safety and Security: In the unlikely event of an emergency, having your identification on file ensures we can quickly assist you and any relevant authorities.
2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.

★Pet Policy★

We love hosting guests and their furry friends! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, here's our concise pet policy:

Allowed Pets:
• We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.
• All pets must be house-trained and sociable.
• Maximum of two pets per booking.
• Preferred breeds: small pets, medium-sized dogs, and cats. We do not accept the following breeds: Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher and Akita.

Pet Hair Cleanup:
If your pet sheds, please clean up all pet hair before check-out to maintain a comfortable environment. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee.

We have guests with allergies, please respect this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Pet Supplies:
For your convenience we provide the following:
• Poop bags
• Water and food bowls

Please do not take the poop bags and dog bowls so future guests can use them as well. Thank you!

Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day for each pet is required for guests bringing pets. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and will not be included in the total reservation at the time of booking. We offer discounts for long-term stays on the pet fee. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Rules for Pet Owners:
• Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier outdoors.
• Don't leave your pet unattended unless crated.
• Minimize noise and disturbances caused by your pet.
• Clean up after your pet inside and outside.
• Use pet-specific bedding to protect furniture and linens.
• Report any damages or accidents caused by your pet promptly.
• Maintain control of your pet around other guests and neighbors.
• You're responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

By booking with your pet, you agree to comply with these guidelines, including the pet fee. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and affect future bookings. Additionally, please note that any unauthorized pets staying at the home will result in a $500 fee on top of the pet fee.
