We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay with Cohova. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we’re committed to addressing the issues you’ve mentioned. Our team is doing their best to continue to combat the flies in the area and have already fixed lock’s malfunction. We also do our best to stay on top of changing out the batteries in the smoke detectors but unfortunately did not know those were low. We do keep extra batteries at our homes for replacements and our maintenance team is always available to change them out for guests as soon as we can! We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a more enjoyable stay in the future.

We are so glad you enjoyed a comfortable stay with us to celebrate your son’s graduation, Robin! We apologize that our communication with you regarding your reservation payments was unclear and did not make you feel secure. Although you booked using VRBO, we must process late checkout fees directly in our reservation management system since it is an extra service not included in your quote at the time of booking. Your privacy is a priority to us and we will never share your personal information with anyone outside of our company. We hope this explanation helps clarify our process for handling fees for additional services and we invite you to reach out if you wish to discuss any of these concerns further. We would love the opportunity to host you again for your next vacation.

Hey Ginger, we are so glad to hear that you loved your stay with us! We greatly appreciate the positive feedback and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We hope to have you back again soon!

We are deeply sorry for the distressing experience you had during your recent Thanksgiving stay with us, Crystal. The presence of bed bugs is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption to your holiday plans. After your departure, we immediately enlisted a professional extermination service to completely eliminate the infestation from the property. We appreciate your prompt communication with us about the issue, and we are very sorry that we couldn't provide an immediate solution. We are heartbroken to know that you were forced to sleep in your vehicles because you could not rest comfortably in our home, nor did we have the availability to relocate your stay. The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance, and we are committed to reviewing our procedures to better care for our guests in response to a report of bed bugs moving forward. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the full refund issued in response to this incident, but we understand that this cannot fully compensate for the distress caused. We sincerely apologize for the hardships you experienced, and we are committed to regaining your trust.
