Desirable 1st FLOOR unit in a gated community--no carrying luggage, children, groceries, etc. up steps. CLEAN! Just minutes to several beaches, restaurants and great shopping. Close to Sunset Beach or North Myrtle Beach. Private patio overlooking lagoon and golf course, perfect for morning coffee. Tastefully decorated. New 50 " TV with DIRECT TV. New paint, new vinyl plank flooring. New extra capacity washer and dryer. No dirty carpeting. New king hybrid mattress in main bedroom for a great night's sleep, new linens thru out. New Kohler TALL toilets in both bathrooms and grab bars in lockout bathroom for safety. Perfect couple or family getaway. Privacy for 2 couples. Full kitchen with dishwasher and new smooth top stove. Washer and dryer in condo. Parking right outside front door. Opaque curtains and blinds for privacy. Condo includes a main unit with full kitchen, living room, bedroom with king bed and bathroom AND an attached lockout unit with 2 beds, whirlpool tub, and bathroom with shower. Approximately 1200 square feet total. Also, our unit is a middle unit and has more square footage than the end units. The grounds behind the complex buildings make an enjoyable walk.

Condo has been furnished with comfort and amenities in mind: Plush, double reclining and rocking loveseat in living room. Dining seating for 6 plus 2 barstools in main kitchen and dining for 4 in lockout unit. Quality china, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, tea kettle in kitchen. Large shelf for storage, groceries, paper products, coolers, etc. Not aware of any other rental unit in complex that offers extra storage in the kitchen. Vanity/ makeup mirror in bathroom. Cotton sheets on all beds. TVs in both bedrooms. Dining patio set with real wicker chairs with shade in the afternoon. Books and games in condo for a rainy day. We have tried to think of every detail to make our guests feel comfortable.

We arrived and everything was great, the ease in getting into the condo was amazing. Thanks to the owners for the treats we received on arrival. This was a wonderfully furnished home and we would absolutely stay here again, thanks for your hospitality.

Much needed getaway.

Very nice first level condo. Excellent communications with property owner. We even received a welcome basket with some treats and snacks. This is our 5th stay at Brunswick Plantation and 1st at this condo. They were all nice but this was the best of them all.

Great stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for the month of February. Very clean and roomy condo with a small pond and overlooking a tee box on golf course. Nice restaurant club house within walking distance. Host was a great communicator and very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Look forward to staying again when visiting the area in the future.

Quiet and peaceful location

Our family felt right at home in this 1st floor condo. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the golf course. Debbie was responsive to all communication. Would stay again.

From beginning to end, everything was perfect! Lovely, clean, spacious, and very peaceful! Near to everything fun and hosts were easy to communicate with and even left us a lovely welcome basket. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

The price was great. The distance to most beaches was great. The condo was great. The owner did tell me about a leaky shower so we had only one shower and a jacuzzi tub, but it worked out in the end. I would stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

Debbie’s place was just as pictured and absolutely spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There are even some games in the unit. My family enjoyed playing Yahtzee one night. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The unit is right on the 8th hole of the golf course so we had free entertainment all week while enjoying the patio. It is also right beside the water and it is full of turtles. We LOVED the turtles! The next door neighbors were the nicest people ever! We spent a lot of time outside talking with them. (Tell Mike and Judy we say hi!) There was a plumbing issue with the lockout room shower during our stay that was affecting the other side unit, and plumbers had to come in one day. Communication with Debbie was great during the entire stay. She was extremely apologetic even though it was beyond anyone’s control and even refunded some of our payment for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend booking here. Thanks Debbie! ☺️

Lodging for golf trip

The unit we stayed at in Brunswick Plantation was fantastic and better than we imagined. Very clean, was stocked with supplies and the owners were awesome to work with and communicated very well. The location was perfect to all of the courses we played and we would definitely stay here in the future.

FANTASTIC!

5 Star vacation rental. Very clean Host was great! Fully equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, plates, cutlery and more) Very good location. I have only good things to say about this rental, very happy we found this one! We will be back!

Calabash cozy condo

This condo is perfect for 1-2 couples or family with kids. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and cute decor. It’s just a short drive to Sunset beach or North Myrtle. The owner was lovely and easy to contact.

Restful and relaxing

It was a great property. The owner communicated with me regularly as the date approached and as needed upon arrival. The property is located on the eighth hole of a golf course and across the parking lot from a pool. It is close to several beaches and some of the best fresh seafood you can find. Shopping is also close and easily within driving distance. Overall this is a great place to stay. It was quite and secure. It is a gated community with 24/7 security.

Excellent!

John and his wife have a lovely place. It was perfect for our week long Beach visit. They had the place clean and tidy with just enough cooking utensils and towels to be comfortable. We love the Brunswick Plantation and stay there as often as we can. The locals who live there are friendly and kind. The condo has good sound proofing so you don’t hear the neighbors nor disturb them. The bottom floor made this perfect for our family easy in and out. The pool is open to anyone which was a nice break when we needed it. We will definitely try to stay with John again.

Vacation

Very clean and quiet only issue was we did see a few bugs in the condo nothing major it is to be expected at a beach property. Otherwise it was amazing property and very nice.

You can't go with this rental

Lovely unit in a great area, close to everything, right off rt 17. Wouldn't hesitate to rent the unit again.
