Beautiful three-level coastal beach home tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Enjoy ocean views, an easy walk to the beach, and a location that truly lets you park the car and settle in.

Designed for comfort and easy living, the home features an interior elevator, two balconies, and inviting outdoor spaces including a grassy area, outdoor shower, and gas grill—perfect after long days on the beach. Three dedicated parking spaces and a garage stocked with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers make island living effortless.

The top level offers an open living, dining, and kitchen space filled with natural light and ocean views, with access to a deck overlooking the Atlantic. The primary bedroom on this level includes a queen bed and ensuite bath with tub and peaceful views of Bogue Sound—an ideal retreat at the end of the day.

The middle level includes a spacious king primary suite with a private deck and rocking chairs, plus two additional bedrooms and a shared bath, offering comfortable accommodations for family and guests.

The ground level adds flexibility with a bunk room, additional bath with walk-in shower, laundry room, treadmill, and direct access to the garage and outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off and winding down.

Walk to some of the island’s favorite restaurants, live music, and local spots, or hop on the provided beach cruisers and ride to the Circle for volleyball, lunch, or sunset drinks. Shopping, grocery, and local attractions are just minutes away.

This home is ideal for family getaways, hosting guests for island events, or simply enjoying everything Atlantic Beach has to offer—easy, relaxed, and beautifully located.

The inside of the home was very nice and comfortable, the upstairs porch had a view of the ocean, and it was a easy walk to the beach.

A great beach get away

The property was great for a few friends to get away. The beach is easy to walk to and the property has a perfect space to come back and play some games and relax. The owner is easy to communicate and very responsive making the whole stay carefree.

Perfect beach house

This was a fantastic beach rental. Perfect location, super clean and every amenity you could possibly want/need. I can’t recall another beach rental I’ve stayed at that was this comfortable or well appointed. Highly recommend!

Very clean with exceptions in bathrooms and dust on several lamps. Biggest issue was the trundle bed which required our collective creative engineering to make it open and flat. Ultimately successful, just too much time. Really nice spot to step out on upper level for 'that ocean surf' we all long to hear. Proximity to everything was convenient.

House Was Even Better In Person

The house was better than we expected. It was supper clean with lots of toys and things to take to the beach. There were even snacks soon arrival. It really was a cute house and very close to the ocean. We would definitely return.

What a great place! This is our 2nd time staying here, and already thinking about blocking a week next year! The home looks better than the pics! Plenty of space for our group to be together, as well as go off to relax on our own. Loved the 2 decks, ocean view! Just a short walk to the beach - and the extra touches like beach chairs and towels came in super handy. Location is perfect - walking distance to our fave restaurants (Island Grille and Amos Mosquitoes), and a nice stroll to the AB circle to pick up donuts at Hang 10. And we all enjoyed the outdoor shower! Easy and clear communication with the owner. Highly recommend this home!

A wonderful get away for a beach week.

We travelled (2 groups) from Philly and Northern Virginia to celebrate two 50th birthdays. We came down to soak in the north Carolina beach without the hussle and bustle of OBX. It was perfect. The house was in perfect shape and provided us with anything we needed for relaxing on the balcony or a day at the beach. There was a threat of rain each evening but no worries as there was entertainment options galore already in the house. We will be back. :)

Beautiful beach home perfect for a family getaway

This home was absolutely wonderful. Perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with tons of towels, kitchen items, beach gear, etc. Plenty of space, lots of bathrooms. My husband, myself, and our 2.5-year-old daughter stayed here along with my sister-in-law, her husband and their two kids (6 & 2). It’s was great for us and the kids (although if you have even younger kids who can’t handle stairs yet I’d suggest bringing a baby gate or two). The elevator was a nice feature for bringing in suitcases, etc to the upper floors. The home is a very short walk to the beach which was perfect (and we appreciated the beach wagon provided for hauling the kids’ stuff). The enclosed outdoor shower was a real bonus for washing off after the beach. The optional concierge service offered by the owners was also amazing—so nice to have our groceries picked up, brought to the house, and put away before our arrival! Thank you so much, Gray, for opening up your stunning property to us. We loved it!

Great place!

This was a very clean house. Had everything we needed and more. Owner had lots of personal touches throughout the house! Love that she left coffee and wine for us! The elevator was a big plus for us because one of our family members cannot walk upstairs so this helped him out tremendously. Would definitely recommend this place!

The house was absolutely amazing. Pics don't do it justice. We LOVED it.

So peaceful and quiet. We didn't wanna leave. Definitely repeat stays in the future. Gray's quick response to any questions made the stay that much nicer. So appreciative. Just steps to beach and short drives Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium. Just relaxing and wonderful.

Perfect location for your next family vacation!

I traveled to Atlantic Beach with my family of 4 and another family of 4. This house was the perfect home for all of our needs. When we arrived there was a lovely note from the owner and well as a few snacks. The house was beautiful and spotless. The top deck provided a nice view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. The property owner was responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was at the home! We loved everything about the home and its location. Thank you for the fantastic vacation!

Wonderful for vacation for all!

We stayed here with our two young children and parents, and this house was great for guests of all ages! The location is great. It is just a short walk to the beach, the pier and several local restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful and everything appeared to be brand new and in excellent condition. The host paid special attention to every detail! There were chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even some toys for the sand. There was even a bag of local coffee for us to enjoy. The host was very communicative and even reached out when we were the ones who didn’t respond to her email! If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!

Weekend stay

Loved the experience. The owner is incredibly nice, provided everything we needed as well as bikes, beach stuff, boards, and even sent us an e-flyer about the music festival. We will be going back—our new go-to spot at the beach.
