Overall a great experience

The property was clean and conveniently located to the beach. There were many items that were provided that we didn’t expect (dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent). We had no issues while staying there!

The condo was nice and clean. I missed an ocean view but it was ok. Television service was horrible and I couldn't connect to the WiFi.

It was a nice condo but TV service was terrible. My husband had a difficult time climbing all this steps.

Nice, Comfortable but be prepared for stairs

Aside from a few housekeeping issues and being on the 3rd floor with only stairs, I can truly say we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and right across from the beach. The condo is comfortable with all the eminities needed for your family. I was able to prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen with the necessary utensils supplied. The location is close to everything. Customer service is excellent and checked in on us during our stay to rectify situations. I would love to stay at this property again, just not on the 3rd floor.

The pictures online were great but when we got there, there was no way that place was cleaned and if it was properly cleaned they would have seen the infestation of palmettos and an almost certain cockroach. They should have notified management and us to move us sooner. - We have pictures and videos that were sent to the company and property management. Contacting the property manager was a joke - texting instead of calling was not professional. Yes we were moved after an hour of being given the runaround. I just don’t think how the whole thing was handled was worth it. We drove 10.5 hours and had to deal with being moved.when this should have never happened to begin with.

Awesome location and a very roomy place to stay

This place delivered! The location and price was phenomenal. Nice pool, right across the street from the beach and the actual condo itself was well laid out. The only drawback would be the inside is a little neglected and could use updating. But overall, great stay and we'd stay there again for sure.

Great location very clean but our main door would not lock when we would go out. Noone came to fix

The property is in a great location close to the beach and very clean. Only stairs to reach your unit and pool right on site. The only issue we had was our door to our unit would not lock when we left. We had to keep all of our valuables locked in our vehicle. Manager of property was contacted multiple times by us but Noone ever came to fix it so we kept everything in our vehicle in case someone walked in our unit while we were at the beach or out to eat!

Expected more from the description and results of the search I did to find this property

First of all I did a search for beachfront properties and this property came up as available during the dates of our stay. IT IS NOT BEACHFRONT. Across the street and you cannot see the beach. Also there are large complexes on the beach across the street resulting in a large number of people on the beach in this area. With that being said, there is a public access to the beach across the street as well which allowed for easy access to the beach. Also the condo is on the third floor - not the second floor. All stairs, no elevators. Minor repairs needed that would greatly improve the first impression of the condo - beat up walls, stained carpets, broken outdoor furniture on the screened porch, ice machine had mold in the water reservoir - all of which could be taken care of with minimal efforts. For the price per night, had I known what to really expect, I would have been fairly satisfied.
