Come and discover this charming house located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, just a few minutes' drive from Kerléven beach. You will appreciate its terrace, equipped with an electric barbecue, overlooking the large flowering garden, ideal for your outdoor meals.



Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 3 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for relaxing moments together. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and well equipped (electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal. A table will allow you to share your meals indoors, and you can also enjoy the one installed on the terrace.



For sleeping, the house has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed (140/190) and a television

Bedroom 2: equipped with a single bed (120/190) This is a traditional mattress made of pure wool, composed of three parts and made to measure.



A bathroom and 2 independent toilets complete the accommodation. For added comfort, you have a reversible air conditioning unit in the lounge, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.



You can park a vehicle in the private car park of the rental.
