Cocoonr is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Eygluy-Escoulin, set in the heart of the countryside. It has a floor area of 300 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and around 30,000 m² of outdoor space. Wifi (Starlink), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with lounge, TV and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, freezer, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two adjoining twin beds forming a king-size bed (180×200), a bath and a WC
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) with shower and WC
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 4: single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 5 (loggia): three single beds (90×190)
- A separate WC in the corridor
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners provide travellers with a high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside :
- A 12x5m swimming pool located 200m from the house, private and unheated with its heated shelter, open from May to September.
- A small wooden chalet is available for changing.
- A 30,000 m² outdoor area with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally situated in Eygluy-Escoulin, isolated at an altitude of 600 m, in the heart of nature, in a calm and peaceful setting with exceptional panoramic views.

For supplies:
- There is a grocery shop 6km away in Beaufort-sur-Gervanne.
- Major stores in Crest (about 30 minutes' drive)

Activities in the area :
- Numerous hiking trails
- Visits to Resistance sites
- Discover the Vercors
- Numerous daily markets (Crest , Die, Saillant ...)

Transport :
A vehicle is strongly recommended, as the property is in a secluded area.
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the accommodation, which can accommodate 4 cars.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Valence, 1 hour's drive (connection possible at Crest)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes-Isère, about 1h15 by car
- Taxis: approx. €65 from Crest to accommodation

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- The fireplace is working, wood can be provided for a supplement of 20€.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
