Cocoonr is offering the charming Calligaris house for rent in Eccica-Suarella. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The single-storey property is laid out as follows:
– A 39 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
– Bedrooms 2 to 4: each with a double bed (140x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
