Welcome to our Sweden house in the latest state-recognized seaside resort on the island of Rügen!

Equipped for up to 6 people. (ideal for 4 pers.). The house has a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, etc. There is also a beautifully equipped bathroom with shower (additional rain head shower). In the main season the arrival and departure day must be a Sunday. In low season the arrival and departure day is flexible; it must then be at least 3 nights.

Other rooms: Gr. BEDROOM. with double bed, small BEDROOM. with bunk bed, extra bed possibility over gr. Sofa bed in the living room, 1.6 x 2 m lying area. Bed linen in standard size and towels are not provided by the landlord (please remember when you arrive).
Nice, cozy living room and nice, large conservatory.
Of course, Flatsreen TV, stereo system and terraces are available in the garden. Also a garden house in which chairs and cushions for garden furniture are stored; You can also put a lot there, z. B. brought sports equipment.

The huge garden (about 650 m²): Its old trees (eg large pine trees) and its park-like grounds give it a special grace. Opportunities for undisturbed sunbathing!

The attraction with play and sport is the just newly created sandy beach which is supervised from early to late summer DLRG. Boat rental in the harbor to get to know one of the most beautiful sailing / fishing areas in Germany. Other highlights: Pretty beach promenade (in addition a wooden beach promenade directly on the water past), good restaurants, picturesque view of the silhouette of Stralsund, beach chairs rental, volleyball court and children's playground on the beach, historic houses, bike paths on beaches and fields over. Excellent transport links (water and land) for all kinds of excursions.

The for almost 2 million EUR invested, new beach is the only sandy beach Rügens with southern exposure - sunlight from morning to evening. Our house is very quiet and yet right on the park (greek. Restaurant) and on the beaches.
