Stylish villa with a unique view of the Rhine in the World Heritage Middle Rhine

With the "Rheinvilla-Weitblick" we have realized a dream. In one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany, we wanted to design a modern holiday home that sets new standards in the Middle Rhine Valley through exclusivity and individuality. The house is characterized by a generous sense of space, the latest technology, fireplace, whirlpool; (Use in summer) but above all privacy we see as the highest good.
That's why we deliberately let the 200-square-meter house with three bedrooms (+ a nursery for a toddler bed) and three bathrooms only to one rental party.
Our premium house is located in the best residential area in the middle of Boppard. Inside the house you can enjoy from almost every room and two balconies a magnificent view of the city and the largest Rhine loop, embedded in the steep slopes of the wine-growing region Bopparder Hamm. The secluded 800 square meter outdoor area (hillside) with two terraces is in no way inferior to this panoramic view. In 5-10 minutes you can walk to the train station, market place or other tourist attractions in Boppard.

Fantastic views from the whole property, plenty of room-plus for 4 of us. The hot tub was wonderful and appreciated! Our host Sven is a super nice guy! We highly recommend this property.

This is my second stay at this property and again it didnt disappoint. Weather was kinder this time enabling us to enjoy.the garden. The property has everything you need and in a great location. The guest cards were really appreciated, allowing us to use the train on several occasions rather than drive, also free entry to the local pool. Would highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay

Great place to stay - super convenient for the centre of town (bars, restaurants, supermarket etc), walks, river cruise etc. We particularly appreciated the free local transport and enjoyed exploring on the trains. Lovely house, beautifully presented, with amazing views made for sundowners!

Fantastic stay in Boppard

This place is absolutely amazing. Sven is excellent at communicating and the place is immaculate. We have stayed at eleven VRBOā€™s and this one is the best ever. From the location to the atmosphere in the neighborhood, we couldnā€™t have asked for a better place. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and the best views of the rhine from the top of the property. Also the jacuzzi was a very relaxing experience after a day of walking around the beautiful town of Boppard and neighboring towns. Would definitely stay here again. The photos in the description are very accurate.

Rhine River Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! This home is amazing and we felt so lucky to have this beautiful home with incredible views all to ourselves. We had comfortable beds and so much space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed to fully enjoy our family time. Boppard is a great town, too. I would love to visit again some day!

Family holiday in Boppard

We had a great stay in this lovely house. Had everything we needed and lovely outdoor area. Sven met us when we arrived and was a great host. Great location for exploring Boppard and the surrounding Rhine valley. The Gaste ticket was great for train travel all over the area with the station only a short walk each day. Fabulous house in a beautiful scenic location

Perfect for our family get together

This house is gorgeous and impressive. It was perfect for our family getting together from the US and UK. The house is decorated beautifully and classically updated and we enjoyed our time spent in there. The hosts were great and very quick to respond. Location is perfect for sightseeing around Boppard for all the castles and conveniently, a supermarket just down the road. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfectly relaxing base to explore the Rhine

This home is amazing!! Our family of four, with 16 and 18 year old boys, had more than enough space. I called dibbs on the basement room because it felt like a castle room. :) Having laundry was great and the view of the river was awesome!

We canā€™t say enough about Sven and Soula and this property. It was heaven! Clean, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous viewsā€¦.everything you could ever want! And the town of Boppard will now forever hold a special place in my heart. ā¤ļø If you go, try to make reservations at Severus Stube-our favorite restaurant this entire trip. I would not change a thing with this property. It was the perfect place to end an 18-day trip throughout Europe. We stayed 3 nights, and it was perfect. It's in a great neighborhood to walk around. We enjoyed walking down to the city each day and evening for dinner. The place is very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Having a cool garage for our rental car was great as well since it was during hot weather. Boppard has great restaurants and a fun chairlift not to be missed. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Beautiful house overlooking the Rhine

Great house with plenty of space. Everything looks newly renovated and is in great shape. The view is fantastic overlooking the Rhine river; you can see out of the big window or from the lounge chairs in the back yard. The owner was nice and accommodating. She personally gave us a quick tour to make sure we didn't have any questions. The town of Boppard is also very nice. The grocery store and train station are within walking distance, so you have everything you need. The town has great stores and restaurants and even some interesting Roman ruins. We had a great stay.

Oasis on the Rhine

This property and location made for the optimal Rhine River experience. The home was of superior quantity, far surpassing a usual rental space. Sven offered transportation to and from the train station and fully oriented us to the many home amenities and area. The addition of free train use was unexpected and highly useful. After full days of hiking, biking and castle touring we thoroughly enjoyed appetizers and beverages while soaking in the outdoor hot tub with an amazing River view. We truly did not want to leave.

Enjoyable stay

We were four adults and two children and had plenty of room. Property is beautiful and in a good location. Unfortunately we were there during a record heat wave. The owner did provide a fan. It would have been nice if the front windows had curtains or shades to block the sun. At 95 degrees you would rather block the sun than look at the view. The kids used the unseated hot tub as a mini pool to cool off. Highly recommend the property.

Most Amazing home we've ever stayed in!

We have stayed in many VRBO homes and nothing compares to this one. We were all blown away by the views and everything about it. Sven met us at the home and showed us everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing week in Boppard. He was such a gracious host and very helpful giving us a quick overview of the town and surrounding area.The house was extremely clean and well stocked. They have taken great care to create a beautiful and private environment. There are so many places on the property to sit and enjoy a beverage and an amazing view.This is not a critique by any means, but be aware that there are required stairs on this property. Each climb takes you to a new and wonderful spot but it could be a challenge for anyone that is mobility impaired. We spent several weeks in Germany, sadly only 1 of them in this home. When we return in the future this will be the one place we will 100% come back to.

Wonderful Stay

The property is exactly as described. A beautiful house with an amazing view. Our stay was exceptional, the hot tub and barbecue was used frequently throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and to be able to get up and just stand on the balcony taking in the view of the Rhine at Boppard was fantastic. However, due to a recent spinal operation my wife's mobility is impaired and the steps from the road to the door were difficult - please be aware if any in your party has physical limitations. This is no way detracts from the property or how it is presented - it was 1st class. Sven was very helpful and friendly

Exceeeded our expectations

Absolutely stunning property in a fabulous location. Views were amazing. The house had features we were not expecting such as an outdoor shower and an extended garden with seating where we had the best views of all. The weather was not great but the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty to do for all, the kids particularly enjoyed Ketterwald climbing and Bendorf Sayn outdoor pool as well as a day at Klotten Wild Park. If you ve got ahead for heights a ride on the chair lift in Boppard is a must, there is a restaurant at the top for food and drinks or just to enjoy the views. Koblenz has lots to offer also, take a ride on the cable car across thd Rhein to the fortress, also a park and crazy golf course. We used the trains on z few occasions which was really easy to navigate. Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful house.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefĆ¼hlt haben.Die Villa ist groƟzĆ¼gig gestaltet und komfortabel eingerichtet: drei geschmackvolle mƶblierte Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und viel Stauraum, drei schƶne Badezimmer (plus ein GƤste-WC) sowie die perfekt ausgestattete KĆ¼che lieƟen keine WĆ¼nsche offen.Das erste Highlight ist das Wohnzimmer mit seinen riesigen Fenstern, aus denen man eine einzigartige Aussicht auf die groƟe Rheinschleife und die Schifffahrt auf dem Fluss hat! Der liebevoll angelegte und sehr gepflegte Garten mit Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten ist ein weiteres Highlight.Und dann gibt es noch den komfortablen Whirlpool, den wir wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes ausgiebig genieƟen konnten. Die Stadt Boppard mit der schƶnen FuƟgƤngerzone und die Rheinpromenade sind fuƟlƤufig zu erreichen.Wir hatten wunderbare, erholsame Tag in der Villa und empfehlen sie uneingeschrƤnkt weiter!
