The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV and a double sofa bed (140x200cm)
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave and a hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a view of the pine forest
- A shower room with a shower and toilet

Outside:
- A 6m² terrace with a sea view, facing south-east and equipped with outdoor furniture so you can make the most of sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Agde, in a very pleasant setting, right on the waterfront facing the mouth of the Hérault and its natural harbour for yachts and fishing boats, complete with its fish market.
Tamarisière beach is a 400-metre walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery shop within walking distance.

You can cross the Hérault and head to Grau d’Agde without needing to take your car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in one of the residence’s private parking spaces.

- Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport is 11 km away
