Enter this new beautifully appointed multi-level modern beach beauty and be wowed by the roof top views of the ocean! This contemporary new home has just been placed on the vacation rental market and is a short two block walk to the beach and one block from restaurants.
The Space:
With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, it is spacious, super comfortable and a destination you will want to return to again and again.
The ground floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with all the beach necessities!
The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet, exquisite bathroom with walk in shower and double basins. There is a smart TV across from the bed with cable and an outdoor paver patio with comfortable seating and a 5-6 seater jacuzzi, to enjoy our gorgeous year-round sunshine.
The first guest bedroom on the ground floor features 2 Queen size bunk beds with an additional twin trundle on the bottom bed. There is a flat screen Smart TV with cable. The bathroom has a separate bathtub, walk in shower and single basin.
The ground floor also has a work desk with hard wired Ethernet and dual screens to hook up your laptop. Great for zoom meetings.
The second floor has a 2nd guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and flat screen Smart TV with Cable. The guest bathroom upstairs features a large walk-in shower and lots of space.
The second floor is also where you will find the gourmet kitchen with loads of counter space, all new appliances, and beautifully outfitted for all your cooking needs. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and close by is the formal dining table which seats 6.
From the kitchen you overlook the ultra-modern living room which features a wall sized TV with cable and lots of comfortable seating.
Open the wide sliding glass doors and your indoor space instantly increases in size with the inclusion of the spacious patio.
Featured on the patio is both a high-top table, and café table for your al fresco dining. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and fridge.
Off the patio is the laundry facility and storage for lots of beach toys.
On the third or upper floor is another bedroom with a queen sofa bed, a Smart TV, Peloton, a nice selection of weights and workout bench, and a full-sized bathroom with walk in shower. There is another work desk with Ethernet on this level, for you to plug in and stay connected.
The Roof top deck offers an array of amenities including a large sectional conversation set centered around a fire pit, large dining table for 8, high top table over looking the ocean, and 2 loungers for sun bathing with amazing ocean views.
There is a carport that would fit a small compact car but for all larger vehicles there is plenty of street parking right outside and around the property.
Walk to Tourmaline Beach, various restaurants and bars on Turquoise St and just a short bike or scooter ride away from Garnet Ave.
Pacific Beach where trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with women’s clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a young, bar-hopping crowd. Inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay.
