Our lovingly furnished bungalow with tropical, private garden is located in the sunny south of Tenerife.

Over 300 days of sunshine a year, around 350 rain-free days and a mild low-allergenic climate that lives up to the name of Tenerife as an island of eternal spring.

The bungalow is located in a beautiful, very quiet and well maintained urbanization with lush tropical plants and many palm trees.

It has a living area of ​​70 square meters, a large living room, a spacious bedroom with double bed and good, solid latex mattresses (1.80 x 200 cm), a new fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a bathroom with tub / shower and a washing machine - all on one level.

The house is completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. All details are tastefully matched and give a harmonious overall picture.

Lots of light, generous sense of space, comfort through color and comfort are in the foreground.

The equipment is upscale, since you should miss nothing.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

You reach our house through a narrow lane, about 20 meters walk. When you open the wrought-iron entrance door, you enter a tropical front yard with Tree Strelizia, Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, Cala, Wild Poinsettia, and an Orange Tree.

Behind is our "nest" with a large, secluded terrace with south-east orientation on 2 levels, also lush transplanted and with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The living room is separated from the terrace by a glass sliding door front. The living space, terrace and garden seem to merge seamlessly into one another. This conservatory effect gives you plenty of light in the room and a clear view of the sea, whatever the season.

The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, so you can sleep well even at times a little hotter temperatures.

Likewise, the air conditioner can heat the room on cooler days in winter.

From the spacious bedroom you also enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the small private garden.
