This property is a true gem! Lisa and Stefano are wonderful hosts and have outfitted the cottage with anything and everything to make it feel like home. We will definitely be renting here again!

The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals along with a gas grill on the back patio. Loved the gas fireplace on cool mornings and evenings. Great community center. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful week here. The cottage is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and extremely well appointed - everything you could need and so many lovely touches. The pools and club house/game room were perfect for my 10 year old. The location was great for exploring all the neighboring towns and beaches, as well as Portland. We hope to be back!

My wife and i stayed sept.5th-sept.12th.the cottage was as good as advertized.stephano and Lisa are excellent owners.very prompt in getting back when I texted them and they answered all questions asked. cottage was very clean and well stocked .it was perfect for me and my wife.easy access for everything in the cottage.great location and amenities.would highly recommend this cottage.great owners beautiful cottage and nice private community setting.

The house was super clean and nicely decorated and had everything we could have possibly needed! As well as being in a perfect location. It’s just about a 10 minute drive to Dock Square, and another 5 minutes to Kennebunk Beach! Our granddaughter loves going to the community swimming pool and she thought the 4th of July parade was the best! We look forward to our summer vacation every year and have especially enjoyed staying at The Arundel Cottage Preserve , and we are already looking forward to next summer!

The Sunkissed cottage is so beautiful! We could not help but feel cozy and relaxed. Furnishings are lovely and the cottage is super clean!Will definitely stay there for our next visit to Maine!

We arrived late into the night and our hosts made it very easy for us to check in to the cottage. They were both accommodating and accessible. The home is comfortable and cozy and very clean. I would stay there again.

Perfect weather, perfect place.

Beautiful location.

Home was bright, clean, easy access to highway & many sights in the northeast we love to visit.. I highly recommend this listing!

Lovely cottage with all the amenities !

Very impressed with this property and ease of communication with owner ! Good central location for multiple day trips to nearby cities . Enjoyed this property ! Would recommend and would book again if in the area !

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at the cottage. The house was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and wanted. The proximity to beaches was great and we used the community pool and game room often! We would absolutely come back.

Fabulous House

This property was the best we’ve stayed in! It had everything we could have wanted and more! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and modern. Great location and Lisa could not have been nicer. We definitely recommend this host and property.

Amazing stay in Maine

We had a wonderful time at Cape Arundel, the house was wonderful, new and very, very clean! We had all we needed at the property and more, we enjoyed time at the clubhouse, at the 2 pools and on the back patio at the house for a nice bbq. You will not be disappointed, hosts are very quick to respond, overall amazing vacation!

Wonderful Arundel

We arrived late but everything was in place for us. We found the keys and the beautiful beautiful condo was waiting for us. Everything was provided was clean and it was a wonderful stay.

Everything was great! Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Location was good, centrally located for any day trips into Kennebunkport or any locations along Highway 1. All features met or exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful cottage! It is exactly as pictured, immaculate and beautifully decorated, in a quiet, first-rate community. Lisa is an exceptional host, and she is so nice. Stay here, you will love it!

Amazing place to stay

We loved staying here. The cottage is super clean & the property is so nice. We enjoyed the pool each day & walked the neighborhood each evening. It was quiet and also close to many towns for daily adventures. These hosts have really gone above & beyond to make the guests feel like they are at home. Thank you so much for having us. Maine is a beautiful state to experience.

Awesome Family Vacation

Condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed and more!! Lisa was a great host, quick to respond to all our questions. We could not have asked for a better place to rest and relax after our daily adventures. Loved nearby beaches, golfing, walking the marginal way , game nights and yummy Kennebunkport restaurants! Ready to book again...

Rest & Relaxation

The cottage is so beautifully designed with every detail attended to so travelers want for nothing. It is incredibly relaxing,peaceful and quiet which is just what we needed. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful as well. We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much Lisa!
