Nice apartment in a quiet location

You live here in a beautiful location on the edge of the forest. The owner, who lives in the same building, will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and can be reached via a separate entrance without steps. The rest of the apartment is also designed to be barrier-free.
In the apartment there is a bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, sink with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine and a table with chairs.
In the comfortably furnished living room there is a sofa, 2 armchairs and a large modern TV. WLAN is available for free.
In an alcove there is an additional sofa bed, so that a 5. Person would comfortably find a place.
In both bedrooms the beds can be pushed together to form a double bed if required.
The well-kept outdoor area calls our guests for use. Cozy barbecues or just relaxing are allowed. Children are always particularly happy about our large swing.

The city center with its historical monuments and churches is just under 10 minutes by car.
