A small villa of 43,5m2, with its own swimming pool(28m2) is located a vassiliki vivillage in the southern part of Lefkada. The villa is 500m away from the village center in a completely serene environment. Built on 4500m2 of land which has been shaped into a most beautiful garden with big trees and plants. Villa has a 28m2 swimming pool with its own spacious private area. The environment is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy absolute relaxation and rest. Furthermore, the villa is comfortable and operational for small families, as they can host up to 3 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed in living room, a bathroom, as well as a single area consisting of the dining room and the kitchen. : The villa it is one of five small villas with 5 private swimming pools in a built complex

The best holiday ever

The property and surroudings were even more than we expected. Mrs. Politou was very kind hostess. It was The most relaxing holiday ever for my daughter and me. We'll visit there again some day I hope!

Fantastic 2 weeks

Property is basic from kitchen/living room point of view but great. Also cleaned every 3 days. Pool is well maintained too. Claudia was so very kind and helpful. 10 min walk to main drag, lovely walk or scooter. We ate out every night as restaurants excellent value and quailty.

Comfortable, peaceful holiday

These lovely little villas are a bit off the beaten track but we found them without any problem at all. We had a wonderful welcome from the host Georgia. The villas are just as shown on the website. The private pool was fantastic for having a dip at the end of a day out. Georgia checked in on us periodically throughout our 11 night stay and responded to any issues immediately.. We will definitely be back in future years.

Great Stop

The apartment is basic but clean and comfortable. Georgia is on hand and has everything under control should anything need attention. It's located in a back road from Vasiliki beach. It's possible to walk to the port or sea front but it's down a narrow, twisty road and would take 10 - 15 minutes to get to a bakery and then the restaurants/bars. We enjoyed out stay.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen Ferienhausanlage sehr genossen. Die ruhig gelegene, einfache aber sehr saubere Unterkunft bot uns einen sehr privaten Bereich mit eigenem Pool. Das Ortszentrum mit vielen Restaurants/Bars war fuƟlƤufig entfernt. Georgia ist eine hilfsbereite und tolle Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar war. Wir wĆ¼rden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekt fĆ¼r eine Woche Badeurlaub. Schƶner Strand in der NƤhe. Sehr gute Gastronomie vor Ort. Toller BƤcker FuƟlƤufig zu erreichen. Unterkunft sauber und toll eingerichtet. Mit einem Kind sehr gut. Mit mehr eher dann nicht zu empfehlen. Kommt aber auf das Alter an. Wir wĆ¼rden wieder kommen.

Schƶnes, sauberes FerienhƤuschen. Ideal fĆ¼r 2 Personen. Privater Pool mit Gartenanteil wird mehrmals die Woche gereinigt. Handtuchwechsel erfolgt wƶchentlich. Wir haben uns bei Georgia sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verlief problemlos.

Einfach wunderbar

Die kleinen Bungalows sind einfach, aber mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet. Bei uns fehlen am Anfang die GeschirrtĆ¼cher, kein Problem, ein Wort zu Georgia und man bekommt alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten den Bungalow 5 und extrem viel PrivatsphƤre bei uns am Pool. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und die Villa wurde am dritten Tag gereinigt, es gab auch frische HandtĆ¼cher und Pool-TĆ¼cher, der MĆ¼ll wurde weggebracht. Nach valwiliki lƤuft man ungefƤhr 15 bis 20 Minuten, dort gibt es sehr viele nette kleine GeschƤfte einen Hafen, BƤckereien, alles was man braucht. Die ganze Insel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gemĆ¼tlich

Fabulous tranquil oasis in beautiful Vasiliki

Wonderful stay at Georgiaā€™s villa. The villa exceeded our expectations and so did the resort of Vasiliki. The villa was exactly as described and having our own pool/privacy allowed us to fully relax and have the chilled holiday we were hoping for. Georgia greeted us following a long delayed flight and a very late arrival and left us fresh towels for a requested late checkout, nothing was too much trouble! The villa is perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday in chilled Lefkada. Georgia you went above and beyond to make our stay and we canā€™t thank you enough, we will be back.

Fabulous detached, very private and quiet little house only 15 minutes walk from the town centre and harbourside. Great for easy self catering and relaxing. Lovely private pool for each property and helpful but not obtrusive host. We will be back!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Vassiliki sehr genossen, bsonders durch den eigenen Pool, der uns AbkĆ¼hlung von der Hitze gab und der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Die KĆ¼chenausstattung kƶnnte noch verbessert werden und auch die Infos bezĆ¼glich der Anfahrt des Objektes. Das MĆ¼ckennetz vor der TerrassentĆ¼r sollte ausgebesssert werden, denn so hatten wir jede Nacht viele MĆ¼cken im Zimmer.

Wonderful stay with great host

The small bungalow is in the middle of nature 10-15 minutes by foot or 5 mins by car from Vasiliki center away. The host is very kind and helpful whatever topic you have. We enjoyed the days very much in this very special accomondation. It was perfect for relexation and privacy.

Perfect property

Fantastic villa. Perfect for the two of us. Georgia was always around if we needed and was very friendly and approachable. The check in process was easy. The villa was very clean and was also cleaned twice in the week while we were there. The area is beautiful and is a short walk from the town and shops. The pool was lovely to have to cool down in during the hot days and was very well maintained. Cannot fault this property and would highly recommend. Thank you Georgia for a lovely stay!

The perfect holiday villa.

A perfect holiday. The villa accommodated 3 people. It was very clean and the pool was wonderful. Georgia was at all times extremely helpful and accommodating. The villa was also in a prefect location and the beautiful 15 minute walk to Vasiliki was through orchards/olive groves etc. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and will return.

A wonderful idyllic Greek Hideaway

Having ridden by bike to Lefkada , we were greeted by a very helpful & friendly Georgia who showed us to our small but perfectly formed villa. The accommodation is immaculate , and is fully equipped with everything you need. The views from the verandah are wonderful, and the area is lovely and quiet. Town & the beach are within walking distance but the swimming pool is a welcome relief from the summers heat & the air-conditioning a life saver ! We had a superb holiday & we have recommended it to our friends and relatives & would love to return someday .

Location molto bella e riservata Immersa nel verde ma comunque Vicina al paese. La posizione ĆØ ottimale per visitare le piĆ¹ belle spiagge dell isola; i ristoranti e i supermercati sono facilmente raggiungibili sia a piedi che in macchina. Il paese ĆØ molto grazioso. La proprietaria ĆØ molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi necessitĆ ! Cambio lenzuale/salviette e pulizia della casa ogni tre giorni! Aria condizionata in entrambi i locali e internet wifi disponibile gratuitamente. Lo consiglierei vivamente a tutti! La piscina inoltre offre quel di piĆ¹ che fa la differenza! Carlotta Italia

Summer Hideaway

This was a delightful place to spend a romantic getaway. A short walk through the countryside to the beach; my partner and I loved walking past the cows and olive groves on our way to the beach. In the evenings, we had sundowners next to the pool and watched the swallows move across the hills. We loved preparing dinner made up of ingredients we brought from the local stores in the kitchen, and then reclining on either the sofa, or bed, exhausted after taking ferry trips to almost private beaches.G ood customer service, and secluded location, means that we have recommended it to friends and family. The resort was a home away from home...and we had one of the best holidays ever there!

GRANDE RELAX!

Posto ottimo, immerso nel verde, quiete assoluta a breve distanza dalle taverne e bar del porto e dalla spiaggia di Vassiliki. Il porto e la spiaggia si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti di cammino, ma anche in macchina non ci sono mai stati problemi a trovare parcheggio. La casa, la piscina e le dotazioni corrispondono in pieno alla descrizione e alle foto del sito, le finiture e la qualitĆ  dei materiali sono ottime e la pulizia era accurata, a differenza di altre occasioni in Grecia. La privacy ĆØ buona anche nei confronti delle casette adiacenti e la piscina ĆØ l'elemento in piĆ¹ per il relax della vacanza. La proprietaria e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare eventuali richieste particolari. Consigliato come base per chi ama girare le varie spiagge della parte meridionale dell'isola ma vuole nel contempo un luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi in libertĆ .
