The apartment with a spacious area of 88 square meters is divided into 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and another separate toilet. The high stucco-decorated ceilings offer comfortable living space in this daylit apartment and set you back in time to the turn of the century.

In addition, a large 12 square meter covered outdoor area gives you the opportunity to take full advantage of the warmer months of the year. With great attention to detail, this Art Nouveau was equipped with numerous antique pieces of furniture. In the living room there is an electric fireplace and turntables with a collection and a large flat screen TV.

Take this opportunity to spend a nice time right in the heart of Wetzlar's old town.

The apartment is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for your short stay on site. As soon as you leave the house you will find shops, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Great centrally located old town apartment

My sister and I spent a wonderful week in this apartment. It is centrally located in the old town of Wetzlar surrounded by beautifully restored half timbered houses. The apartment is newly renovated, immaculate and furnished in the style of the late 1800's. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was fun looking out the living room window and watching the people in the pedestrian zone. There is an Edeka grocery store less than 5 minutes away, numerous restaurants at the Domplatz which is just a minute away. There is a Saturday market on the Domplatz. You will find a parking garage around the corner, which is very reasonable. Hans, our host, was wonderful and very helpful. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again should we be in the area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum Wetzlars

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt Wetzlars wenige Meter von der Lahn entfernt.Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, sicherlich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren nur ein langes Wochenende da).Kontakt und Empfang war einfach und unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und herlich!Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen - mitten in der lebendigen Fußgängerzone. Sie ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich auch bei schlechten Wetter dort gerne aufhält. Hell und luftig bietet der Wohnsalon für jedes Buch die passende Sitzgelegenheit! Küche und Bad sind voll eingerichtet - es mangelt an nichts. Wir wurden sogar mit den passenden Hausschuhen empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Kurzbesuch in Wetzlar

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Wetzlarer Altstadt, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und komfortabel. Wir haben uns eigentlich wie zuhause gefühlt! 45 Treppenstufen sind gleichzeitig ein gutes Fitnesstrainig. Herr Biermann ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Wohnung ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Eins der schönsten Feriendomizile, das wir je hatten

Zunächst mal das Manko: den Stellplatz fürs Auto gibt es nicht. Man muss sich was suchen, wobei die Vermieter aber hilfreich sind. Sonst gibt es überhaupt keine Mängel. Mitten in der Wetzlarer Fußgängerzone gelegen in einem mit Türmchen gekrönten Haus findet der Gast eine Jugendstilwohnung, wie sie besser nicht sein kann. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Messer perfekt. Ebenso der große Salon - so nenne ich das Wohnzimmer - mit der schönen Fensterfront, die beiden Schlafzimmer und - was man auch selten findet - es gibt zur Toilette im Badezimmer noch eine separate. Wetzlar selbst ist eine sehr hübsche Fachwerkstadt, wo es sehr viel zu entdecken gibt und auch das Umland bietet viel. Zuletzt möchte ich die beiden Biergärten rechts und links der Lahn erwähnen mit bester Aussicht auf die alte Lahnbrücke. Wir haben uns in zwei Wochen keine Sekunde gelangweilt.

Christmas and New Year Eve in Wetzlar

Very Nice Appartement in the Altstad of Wetzlar. Good place to stay there around Christmas and NYE. Good restaurants and a wonderpil NYE concert in the Dom. Very Nice cities to visit in the neighbourhood, like Marburg, Limburg and Braunfels.

The appartment has been beautifuly renovated in the style of the histotic buildinh and its direct surroundings. The appartmemt is clean, good bathroom, fully equiped kictchen in other words all you might need is there!
