Relax and enjoy your vacation at Broad Marsh 113C, a well-appointed, five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse conveniently located on the bayside just two blocks from the beach in Ocean City (via a signalized crossing)!

Bring the whole family or a bunch of friends to the only five-bedroom home in Broad Marsh, designed to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen, with a 10-foot island, is open to both the family room (with seating for 10) and the dining room (also with seating for 10). Whether you're cooking, playing games, dining, or watching TV, the open-concept main level offers plenty of space. Enjoy free cable and WiFi as well as flatscreen TVs in every bedroom.

Stroll home after a day of sun and surf and throw your sandy gear in the convenient garage. Toss your towels in the washer/dryer (there's one in the garage and another upstairs) and head up to savor a snack and a favorite beverage on the bay view balcony. End your day in one of the five cozy bedrooms. There's one queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor, as well as four other bedrooms (two with queens, two with twin-over-full bunk beds) and two full bathrooms on the third floor.

What's nearby:

Park the car (EVs welcome!) for a week and walk everywhere! The community pool (which is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend) is just a few yards away. You'll also be less than two blocks from the beach and close to a number of great restaurants, cafes, and bars such as Fager's Island, Longboard Cafe, Mione's Pizza, OCM Crabs, The Bonfire, The Dough Roller, and Skye Bar. Plus, just a block away is the new 67th Street Town Center, which is home to fun shops that include Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Kite Loft. Stuck with a rainy day? Walk down to Ocean Lanes Bowling Center or to Old Pro Golf for a round of indoor putt-putt and arcade games. Broad Marsh is also less than a mile from the 60th Street (Route 90) bridge.

Great place to stay

This house was very clean and was in a great location within walking distance to food, shopping, and mini golf. Also only 3 minutes to the beach! Definitely recommend!

Great Stay!

We've been coming to Ocean City for years as a family and this has been our best stay yet. The house was incredibly spacious and we were pleased with the household items that (beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen equipment, spices, etc) made for an enjoyable stay! We'll certainly be back in the future!

Family Get Away in OC

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Ocean City. The property is very well maintained and easily accessible. We would definitely stay again. The check in and check out process was very easy. Loved that there were TVs in each room so on days where people wanted to just lounge everyone could gather together or go to their separate rooms. Proximity to amenities as also a plus.

The BEST family rental in Ocean City MD!!!!!

I have never stayed in such a great property. It is apparent that the owners love this home so much. It is so well equipped and super comfortable! We especially love the extra washer and dryer in the garage. We can't wait to return again and will definitely book this home in the future.

The house is well designed, comfortable and well appointed.

We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants and there was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen supplies were exceptional. The beach supplies were also excellent. The beach is a short walk away and the community pool is a convenient as alternative. the crab cakes were awesome.

From start to finish, everything about our stay was amazing—booking, arrival, and check-out were all seamless. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay.The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-stocked. Whether it was kitchen essentials or beach gear, everything we needed was at our fingertips—including large sauce pots for cooking dinner for 10, and even what looked like an ice cream maker (though we didn’t try it!). There were beach chairs and a cart to make the walk to the beach effortless.The layout and decor of the house were perfect, and the location couldn't have been better. Just step out of the clean garage and you're at the pool. The beach is directly across the street. It suited our entire group—from a 5-month-old to a 60-year-old—perfectly.It truly felt like a 5-star home in a 5-star location, and the host went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Awesome Vacation!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this unit!! Everything was as described and very clean. Check-in was fast and easy and manager was very courteous. There is a good selection of beach equipment in the garage (we weren't sure what would be there so we brought our own) - There are 4 chairs, a beach cart, 4 boogie boards, 3 beach umbrellas, and a bunch of sand toys for the kids. Overall, we loved the unit and location and would definitely stay here again!!

Beach vacation at Ocean City

This property couldn’t have been more perfect. The space allowed for gathering as a family and privacy. There wasn’t a thing missing that we needed, especially when traveling by air. Proximity to the beach made it very accessible. Relaxing in the pool was an added benefit. Hosts thought of everything from games to movies to a more than fully equipped kitchen to every beach “toy” one could think of. As a result our vacation was awesome. I would highly recommend this property and thank the owners for sharing it!

Absolute Gem!

This is a property we have stayed at for two consecutive years. The townhouse is perfect for family. There is a lot of individual space and the gathering space is great for everyone. The place is fully stocked with the beach essentials and any kitchen item you could possibly need. Shane is always quick to reply and address concerns if any arise. The property is walking distance to attractions but a bus ride to the boardwalk. We enjoy the location because it is easy to get to everything. The beach is literally two blocks up and a short walk. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay, great location

We had an extremely pleasant stay at this establishment. The home was extremely clean upon arrival and the check in process was quick and easy. Shane was always communicating to address any concerns or problems if they arose. The townhouse was set up perfect for our family of 9. We had plenty of space for each part of our family. There were many beach accessories and and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the location as it wasn’t in the busy boardwalk section but a bit outside. The walk to the beach was easy and safe. We got to enjoy the pool also. The kayak and boat launch was located close by so we could easily paddle board. We would definitely stay here again when we go to Ocean City.

Great condo, not so great management

The condo itself was very beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of room for 10 adults. We did not like crossing a busy highway to get to the beach however. We did have a couple of issues that I feel could have been better handled by the property management. A maintenance call that was supposed to be attended to on Tuesday and then promised again on Thursday was still not resolved when we checked out.

Great family house

The house was very spacious and nice! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever rented.. they had every single utensil you could need.. which was great since we did a lot of cooking. They even had everything to eat crabs with, we ordered takeout from ocean city crabs- right down the street (so good!!!!) , so it was nice to have the utensils to eat them with. They garage has so many sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons to carry everything. The pool was very nice and we could see the kids swimming from the balcony. The property itself is beautiful, it’s right on the bay and made for a beautiful morning or evening walk. The location is ok- it’s not far from the beach but you do have to cross the major highway.. we just had to be very careful with all the kids. There aren’t too many restaurants right in this area.. but there is a pizza place/pancake place, and an ice cream shop very close. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great amenities and great location

We had a great time at our stay here. The beach is an easy walk and the pool is great if you just want to play in the water without all the sand. They had a bunch of beach gear to use including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys and a carrier to roll it all over there. There are numerous restaurants and a mini golf course within walking distance and many more are a short drive away. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay.

CANT WAIT TO RETURN!

We had the BEST vacation at this property. The owner was responsive and provided all necessary information upfront. The unit had everything we needed—including a fully-loaded kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and toys, and enough parking spots for our NJ family. Every room was clean, and had a dresser/closet and TV. The location is AWESOME, and we enjoyed daily walks for ice cream, mini golf, and of course to the beach or pool!! We would absolutely rent here again!

Annual Family Vacation

Great experience from start to finish. We chose this property based on positive reviews, location/proximity to beach/pool and the layout of the townhouse. The house was exactly like the pictures and provided enough space for our family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children). This was the first time renting a Vacasa property. The communication through phone calls, text messages and emails provided the information for a smooth checkin process. We initially had trouble connecting to the WiFi but after followup from the Vacasa team, the issue was quickly resolved. The property provided lots of amenities- two washer/dryers, fully stocked kitchen with new pots and dishes, beach supplies (toys, chairs and cart) and laundry service provided fresh linens and towels. Only request - larger beach chairs for our senior family members and handheld shower heads to help wash away the sand. Great family beach vacation in Ocean City. And highly recommended.
