Former wine cellar and its wine press, renovated into a gîte in 2025, located 12 km from the sea in a peaceful village in the countryside, adjoining the owners' house and near their dairy farm.

Two other gîtes are located on the property but have independent access.

Private, unfenced outdoor area with a 28 m² covered terrace overlooking the countryside (south/east facing) - currently being developed.
Ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility - access ramp): living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together and an en-suite shower room/WC), one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, pantry/laundry room, and separate WC.
First floor: mezzanine with a relaxation area and office space. Additional amenities included: cot/high chair/baby bath, Wi-Fi, barbecue (pizza oven style), cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival).

Not included: electricity (meter reading), electric heating, towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€80), and tourist tax.
