Quiet cabin with easy year around access off the main Highway with 2 acre of grass on the Creek with large fire pit. Close to ski resorts, snow machining, lakes, river fishing, hiking and horse riding trails. Large game room that includes, 10 person poker table, foosball table, darts, shuffle board, ping pong table and a large 85 inch TV. Sleeps 18 bodies. 1 hour to Jackson Hole WY. Yellowstone National park is 2 hours away and the Teton national park is a little closer the other direction. The Grand Tetons are just over the hill about 45 minutes.

Property has multiple cameras on the exterior watching the complete property.

Guests are responsible to dispose of their own trash. there are not any garbage services there, but there is a county dump within 5-10 minutes away. instructions for the dump are in the book at the cabin.

Swan Valley Vacation

Our group thoroughly enjoyed or stay. The property and location are amazing. All amenities, kitchen, beds, bathrooms etc were top notch and comfortable. The host is great to work with, accommodating and friendly.Top notch place, we had a great time in a fantastic setting.

Great stay!

Our family had such a great visit!! The house has so many great amenities. We loved the game room & spending time outside on the property. Host was great to work with too! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property so much room, and fun for everyone!

My kids and friends absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. The game room was a huge hit. And a fun place for us all to gather. The beds were super comfortable and clean. All of the diffrent living rooms and games made it easy for entertaining the kids, so the adults could have some space! Definitely recommend for a large group stay.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING CABIN

What an amazing cabin!!! We had our wedding reception in the back, and wow it was so amazing!! It had a beautiful creek that was so full and such a beautiful backyard that made it all perfect for us! Had enough for everyone to fit in rooms very comfortably. I will always remember how amazing and fun it was there. Highly recommend staying here if your going to Irwin with family or friends!

Amazing Getaway Cabin

Beautiful place with lots of space and activities for the family to spend time together. The cabin was much larger and more accommodating than the pictures are able to depict. My family loved the game room, the kitchen and the outdoor space. All the kids loved the common bunk room. This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. We were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed staying here.

Perfect for our group!

The cabin was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our group loved the game room and enjoyed the basement where they all got to sleep in the same room. The large deck, table, chairs and fire pit were perfect for our group of 20. Thank you to Bryce and his family!

Great Family reunion spot

My family loved this cabin. The game room was a hit, and the spacious yard. It is in a beautiful part of Idaho, and had such privacy. We enjoyed going to Jackson, tubing on Palisades Lake and going to the Falls Creek falls. The cabin was very clean, we loved the two refrigerators, and the large deck with fold out picnic tables. Bryce was very helpful with all the questions that I asked him. We would love to come back here another time.

Away from the hustle bustle...

The location of this place is PERFECT. Our family enjoyed everything about this cabin, especially the game room! Beautiful creek runs behind the house. Super quiet neighborhood. No air conditioning but it really wasn't needed. The basement stays cool for the hot sleepers and windows open made for a good night sleep upstairs. We all plan on coming back next year!

Fun house

Family all had fun in the game room (there's so much to do and so much space!) throughout our stay! Great house with a good location for Grand Tetons. Beautiful yard and peaceful surroundings...played bags, a little tee-ball game and had a bonfire. Please be aware, since as of this review it is not in their listing, that you are required to dispose of your own trash. I've never rented a house where you had to do this and to be honest, it was quite an inconvenience since the closest dump is only open 3 out of 7 days a week. The house is great, but it should be noted/known by renters ahead of time about the trash. Great communication with the owner, and a great house, all in all... we had a great stay!

Nice House nest to a Stream

Nice place, great game room! Some things that would improve the overall vibe: Don't expect guests on vacation to make a trip to the dump when they are already paying a cleaning fee. The dump is only open 3 days a week, and closed on holidays too. None of the days we stayed was the dump open. So I was stressing about getting charged extra for not taking our trash to the dump. BUT I emailed the host & he said to double bag the trash and that should be fine. Which was nice. But getting rid of that policy would be better. Even if you charged more for a cleaning fee it would be easier on the guests to not have to worry about. Thanks & Good Luck!

Dissapointed!

1. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin was lacking in several areas. I had to personally clean each of the toilets as there was brown grime in the bottom of the toilets that had to be scrubbed out. At first glance due to the blue cleaner that is in the toilets, it wasn't immediately noticeable, but once you flush, you could see the grime. I also had to clean the grill as it looked like several meals had been cooked since the last time this was cleaned. I took the time to clean it before we cooked and I also cleaned it after we finished using it. 2. Pet Fee- Unlawfully charged $250 for a service animal. This is discrimination. Per VRBO, we do not have to disclose when taking a service animal. Our service animal is a trained dog for my son with a severe seizure disorder. 4. Unfinished work. There is a tack strip that is exposed heading into the game room which my granddaughter snagged her foot on. 5. Garbage. It does not state in the listing that we had to remove our own garbage. On the rental guide inside the cabin it states that you have to take the garbage to the dump. We went to the dump twice and it was closed. We had to fill the back of the truck with garbage and take it home. Very inconvenient.

Small family gathering with kids and grandkids

The house was just great. Beautiful location, right on the river, which we loved. Rustic cabin, with all the amenities that you would want, including great beds, and plenty of space. The game room was super fun, and there are awesome flatscreen TVs in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of parking, and a very responsive host. I rate this one as five stars!

Perfect place for kids

So many great things about this house. The game room and backyard where a huge hit with the teens and younger kids. It was so nice to have separate spaces for all of us to spread out. The beds were a bit hard but overall the cleanliness and updated bathrooms and kitchen were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful getaway cabin

Our family enjoyed a reunion at this beautiful large cabin. We loved the game room, the large yard for outdoor games, the fire pit, and the close vicinity to Palisades Reservoir and Jackson Hole. It was perfect. We would definitely recommend and return again.

The perfect place for our team's stay!

We stayed here while we were playing in a baseball tournament in Jackson, WY. It took about an hour to get back and forth from the field, but the drive was well worth it! We would have easily paid twice as much to stay in Jackson. We were also able to cook "at home", saving us lots of money for meals. The boys enjoyed the game room immensely. They also went hiking and fishing in their off time. Our host was kind enough to contact us about a few items that were left behind. This was a fantastic experience and we look forward to another stay in the future!

We didn't want to leave...100% Wonderful!

The home accommodated all the needs and wants of our large group: ages varying 9-80. The 9 kids loved the vast space of the yard, along with the awesome game room. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything we needed, plus some. All the beds were extremely comfortably and the overall home was very clean. We never noticed a shortage of hot water either, which can be a worry with 17 people under one roof. Bryce was very quick to answer any questions we had. 5/5, full stars, 2 thumbs-up. When we come to visit this majestic area again, we'll hope to stay here!

our family resides 45 minutes away and has a small amount of farm land, a lot of different 4H animals. we own a couple small businesses and work very hard. we love that we were able to find this cabin and remodel it and be able to share it with others.

Our family had looked for a cabin to purchase for years and finally found this rundown property and we fell in love with its potential. we done almost a full remodel on it and are sharing it with people all over the world. we stay in it when life allows us to. we are trying to do small things to it that is recommended by our guests. we are doing our best.
