We have gorgeous Gulf views from our screened balcony and you can also see the ocean from both bedrooms. Our condo has been totally remodeled and updated and is luxurious but also casual and always quiet and comfortable.
TORTUGA IS A MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY, so you never feel like you are in hotel surrounded by tourists. You are truly at home. PLEASE NOTE: We rent by the full calendar month, from the first of the month. Due to high demand February and March are rented together.
Granite countertops, maple floors, and top level furnishings and linens throughout. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed. The guest bedroom has two twins.
If you have family visiting during your stay, the lanai can be converted into a private 3rd bedroom with blinds/curtains on both sides.
Tortuga is one of the most prestigious condo developments in Siesta Key, but not at all stuffy. Tortuga is on the quiet and prestigious southern end of Siesta Key known as Turtle Beach. Our shelling rivals Sanibel Island's and Siesta Key's beaches are always on the annual World's Top Ten Beaches listing, including being recently being named #1 Beach in America!
Unlike most condos in Tortuga and Siesta Key, we have a washer/dryer right in the unit. We are also unique in that we have an old fashioned porch swing on the balcony where you can watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! You can dine at the mahogany table that seats eight, at the granite covered breakfast bar, or at our favorite spot, on the beautiful balcony that has a Gulf view. Also unique is an indoor / outdoor heated pool, and use of our neighboring tennis courts for guests. Although we are Gulf Front, the Bay side is just two minutes walk, with access to our fishing docks and boating slips, too. Tortuga has it all.
We are also very senior friendly, with grab bars in both bathrooms and a convenient, secure indoor parking garage. If you have any additional senior-friendly needs, please let us know!
