Tucked away near Bass Lake, this secluded vacation home on several acres has all your modern conveniences. The living room features couches and recliners, a brick fireplace with a woodstove built in, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. Amenities include central heat and air conditioning, and a clothes washer and dryer. Outdoors there is a large patio and deck with plenty of seating.

Beautiful Bass Lake is about 10 minutes from the house, and lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The nearby town of Oakhurst has shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. It's about a 40-minute drive up the road to enter into the South entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. As a reservoir owned by PG&E, Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered to 50% during the fall and winter months annually.

Things to know:
Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
