Our home sits in the culturally and socioeconomically diverse historic downtown lot and block neighborhood of Texarkana, Arkansas, just blocks from the Texas and Arkansas state line. Multiple restaurants 1 to 4 miles away. It is just few blocks to the downtown historic and entertainment district. Approximately 2 miles south from I30.

The large wrap around porch is inviting with approximately 650 sq foot of space. There is a table, chairs, and rocker for guest use.

There is high speed FIBER OPTIC internet connected to four SMART TV’s. There are NO cable or satellite channels. There are steps with handrail to enter the front door but no stairs in the back. Large kitchen with breakfast area and built in desk. Front load washer and dryer, refrigerator, restored antique gas stove, dishwasher and necessary equipment to cook a meal. Formal dining area with round table and drop leaf table for additional seating. Living room with pump organ, sofa, chairs, and working gas fireplace. There is another large living area with smart TV, working gas fireplace, and plenty of seating.

Downstairs master room with king sized solid oak canopy bed and smart TV. Just off the master is a full bath that serves the downstairs. There is also a sunroom with comfortable seating and another bedroom with double bed connected to the sunroom.

Upstairs there is a large hallway with a secretary desk and sofa making a great reading area or space to relax with personal electronics. Three bedrooms upstairs including a larger master bedroom with king bed, smart tv, desk/dressing area, and seating area. Front room has lots of windows facing the front of the house (East side) with queen bed. Lastly, another large bedroom with two full sized beds, smart tv, and another sofa perfect for reading or personal electronic time. There is a bathroom with shower (no tub) that serves the upstairs. There is also a balcony with railing off the upstairs hall, reading area. The balcony is accessible but has a chain lock towards the top of the door to prevent small children from accessing the area without assistance. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
