Dear Sherri, Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We understand your concerns regarding the pricing displayed during the booking process. Rates and total reservation costs are determined by a combination of nightly rates, taxes, fees, and platform-specific charges, which can sometimes cause the final booking total to differ from the initial advertised rate. We always encourage guests to carefully review the complete pricing breakdown before confirming a reservation. We appreciate your feedback and are grateful that you chose our property. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Best, Vicky

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Thomas! We're happy to hear you had a good time overall and enjoyed the beach and pools. We appreciate your suggestions about the living room furniture and balcony chairs, and we’ll look into making those improvements. We also understand the importance of having a well-stocked kitchen and will make sure to address that. As for the common areas, they are not under our direct control, but we’ll escalate your concerns to the building management. Thank you again for sharing, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
