Beautiful Waterfront home in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is walking distance to beach, mall, and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
Enjoy a large covered patio area with dining table, sofa and lounge beds, private pool and jacuzzi, as well as a waterfront dock with a tranquil view of the water.
The home comes equipped with everything you'll need to feel at home and comfortable. You'll also have access to a inflatable paddle board.

Guest access
Private Home with private access. Home will be accessible through a schlage lock. You'll be provided with a code during your stay.
The home has a large driveway, where guests can park their car. Please note that additional guests (not listed on the reservation) are not permitted, and no events are permitted.

Other things to note
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

Please note that a violation will result with termination of the rental with no refund, and with the guest being responsible for any fine issued.
